So many wonderful things to say about this. Absolutely adored the spontaneous mandala flow, as it is one of my favorite ways to practice. I feel this was perfect for the "less ego" focus, as the mandala flow eliminated any anticipation that could have resulted from a linear flow. This allowed me to deeply immerse myself in the flow, allowing my body to simply go wherever it was taken, rather than what I expected of myself. Additionally, my favorite pose (supta virasana) made its way into this practice, and the vira/lotus twist was a fantastic new pose that I will definitely be incorporating into my own practices on the regular. I was already looking forward to taking this class on my morning off, and it blew any expectations I may have had out of the water, really phenomenal practice, Michelle, thank you
Great flow! So I had workman in my house that set off fire alarm with all the dust and interrupted my "yoga time". I was going to stop in mid stream and just forget it. But then I recalled what you had said about more yoga, less ego and decided that of course it wasn't about the poses but about the mindset and finished the class. Thanks so much! It really set the tone for me to go to work. Had I not completed it, I would have been irritable and cranky - which doesnt bode well for taking care of patients (especiatlly on the night shift!). Lesson well learned.

I still cannot keep my planted foot completely straight while doing the half moon but will keep working on the flexibilty. Whole body feels so good! Thank you so much for this amazing routine! hey this is one of my favorite videos of yours these are some of my favorite poses! and it worked so well in getting rid of my ego and distracting thoughts way more than most heavy flow type classes. really liked how you added in mandala flow as well. thanks so much for this im definitely going to do this again
