The story of Le Loyon is just sad. A completely harmless creature that just wanted to live in peace, harassed by the media until they decided to end their existence, one way or another…

Wild guess, but Le Loan's note not necessarily means that they took their own life. It might've only meant that the mystery was killed so it's meaningless to continue, cause it's a matter of time when the identity of the person would be revealed. Oddly, I sympathise to the guy/gal.

The Le Loan story feels very much like someone with severe social anxiety was essentially bullied by the media to stop going out for walks. For extreme cases of social anxiety, some people wear masks or certain outfits to go out. It very easily could've been someone struggling mentally, finally going on walks outside in their little costume. It would explain why they avoided people. I get why there was this whole circus about them. Person in a costume walking alone in the woods. But it got to the point newspapers were reporting about it and people were going out to look for them.

The fact Purple Aki isn’t or wasn’t monitored is so concerning, a 6’5” man was responsible for the fear that caused that poor young man to flea, what is wrong with the judicial system? Why is it ok for him to intimidate people?
He was being maliciously prosecuted by Manchester police. So, he sued them and was awarded a substantial sum of money because of it. Funny how the narrator fails to mention that, part.

My husband and his friends were chased by Aki as teenagers. He was a mammoth of a man scary when you were a kid. You’re my new favourite channel love from Liverpool ❤
About that hermit who stole from others, I’m almost 100% sure he chose to isolate because of bullying in his youth. He didn’t seem like a bad person at all.
I doubt it, he probably just had schizoid personality disorder (not the same as schizophrenia), which is characterized by a preference of wanting to be left alone and isolate yourself from others. (Think of an extreme introvert to the extent it affects your daily life)
Maybe. The fact that the last event he remembered was Chernobyl indicates that perhaps he thought, as many did back then, that society would soon collapse after a nuclear meltdown.

2:33 Our story begins on a dark and stormy night, as all great horror tales do. a curious new War Thunder player named YukariFeetSniffer616 logs in late at night and finds himself in an eerie, deserted lobby with whispers that say, "You shouldn't have logged in." Ignoring the creepy vibes, he joins a match only to encounter a ghostly, rust-covered tank that seems ready to end him... but things take a horrifying turn. YukariFeetSniffer616 is now doomed to lose every single match and spend hundreds or even thousands of dollars for a premium while eating his precious life. His tank perpetually misses, stalls at the worst moments, and constantly gets stuck in terrain. Frustrated and embarrassed, he whispers, "I thought this game is fun..." before rage-quitting the game himself, leaving YukariFeetSniffer616 safe, albeit deeply confused. The legend warns new players to not play the game-if you encounter the War Thunder lobby, you’ll just end up feeding the snail with your soul for all eternity.
Moonflower also commonly refers to a night blooming morning glory. They both have big beautiful white flowers that look nearly identical. This has led to much confusion 😂 Datura and morning glory are both in the Solanales order along with chili peppers, potatoes, and deadly nightshade. They're in different families though.
5:55 Only 10 months in prison for attempting to kidnap 11 kids and take them on an airplane? Jesus. No wonder why criminals always repeat their offenses, because they don't face punishment unless it's murder.
Funnily enough: punishment encourages repeat offenders, countries that focus rehabilitation over punishment see fewer repeat offenders, with america... seeing the most, due to the discrimination that comes with a criminal record they are often left with few other options, course that guys just a sick fuck
The Purple Aki story was instantly believable to me, because there's a guy in Ybor, close to where I live, that people call the Shoe Licker. He was this younger guy who would just approach people and ask if he could lick their shoes. Never encountered him myself, don't know if he's still doing it, but, despite making that weird request, he was apparently harmless and wouldn't be overly pushy about it.

Growing up my local librarian had a pronged prosthetic arm. He was a truly nice person and he was the one to issue me my library card when I was six years old. He wasn’t scary. I think teaching children that people who look different, have scars or burns or hooks for hands aren’t scary. Ted Bundy was a pretty normal looking guy but he was the serial killer.

Oh it’s totally ok to steal food that other people bought. Break into to peoples houses/cabins to steal things you need. I’ll remember that now when I break into your house now that I have your ip address
Le Loyon is my favourite one, when I first heard about it I thought it was creepy but funny at the same time, like it was most likely just a regular person dressing up like that and walking in the forest for a few hours a day 😂
Why not instead of people going in with cameras to capture these hauntings and being called fake, put cameras all around and wait to capture this stuff on camera while the house is empty.

The datura house is terrifying. Imagine thinking you’re being haunted, going insane, losing touch with reality, and this whole time you didn’t even know you had been microdosing on one of the most dangerous natural drugs. Wild
I think I’d feel more relieved knowing it’s a plant I can remove other than a real haunting 😂

The story of Le Loyon is just sad. A completely harmless creature that just wanted to live in peace, harassed by the media until they decided to end their existence, one way or another…

@@Shiny101yea. It was probably a guy who wanted to start a rumor.

OP is crazy for calling him a "creature", like come on, whatever his intentions are, its clearly just a guy in a costume...
Wild guess, but Le Loan's note not necessarily means that they took their own life. It might've only meant that the mystery was killed so it's meaningless to continue, cause it's a matter of time when the identity of the person would be revealed. Oddly, I sympathise to the guy/gal.
Could be anywhere today. Since no one knew what she / he looked like.

As someone who’s from Staten Island it has a lot of history, I wasn’t born in the 70s/80s so I asked my family if they remember cropsy. They didn’t know his name, but they remember Jennifer going missing. Supervision was so different back then
I actually visited the farm he kept the kids at (it's abandoned now) and did a documentary on it. The full story of the farm is wild. The place is creepy.
@@themodernfrontiersmen I remember seeing a documentary on it. I think it was just called Cropsey and used to be available on this platform. Definitely worth a watch.
Hi! I’m also from Staten Island. I’m 43 and that’s all true. Jennifer was the story that every one knew. I was young but I don’t remember hearing about Cropsey, per se.
@@themodernfrontiersmenit’s not abandoned now at all. Much of it is a very occupied farm colony/ living facility. And the other part has been The College of Staten Island for 30 years. (There’s a small section abandoned but that’s tiny and not where this happened)
@@raoulduke344 The one I made was focused more on the farm itself and it's history. I filmed it back in December of 2020. It was really creepy
But it got to the point newspapers were reporting about it and people were going out to look for them.
the guy in leeds UK reminds me of the fake seizure guy in melbourne aus... for over a decade people on reddit and other sites have been regularly reporting a guy around melbourne who pretends to have a seizure and asks for people to sit or lie on him (presumedly for his... gratification)... if someone suggests calling an ambulance he gets up and runs away... and has even been reported to SA the people who sit on him... the creepy thing to me is how long it’s been going on and with breaks of sometimes months or even years... earliest post i could find was from 2011 but even then people are saying its been happening before... and theres a small subreddit dedicated to it...
What the fuck, I wish authorities took these cases more seriously, it’s fucking disgusting.
I live in Northern Virginia, and my friend took me and another friend to Bunny Man Bridge when we were back home from college. Someone had hung up some ropes as a prank prior to when we got there. Definitely had me on edge.
I grew up in Nova as well, the bridge in Clifton is pretty creepy at night. Awesome place to go around Halloween!
Tried to go to Bunnyman Bridge on Halloween back years ago as a teenager, ffx cops were stopping people from getting there, saying previous years too many people caused problems around the area.
Went there with a friend randomly during the day one time, still kinda creepy

The fact Purple Aki isn’t or wasn’t monitored is so concerning, a 6’5” man was responsible for the fear that caused that poor young man to flea, what is wrong with the judicial system? Why is it ok for him to intimidate people?

About that hermit who stole from others, I’m almost 100% sure he chose to isolate because of bullying in his youth. He didn’t seem like a bad person at all.

The common name for datura in the U.S. is moonflower. Devils trumpets usually refer to the “tree” version with downward facing flowers.
It looks like morning glory.
@@g1rl_veteranmoonflower is very similar to morning glory
My mom used to grow these gorgeous flowering plants along our fence row until we got a dog. She removed them to keep from accidentally poisoning him.
Moonflower also commonly refers to a night blooming morning glory. They both have big beautiful white flowers that look nearly identical. This has led to much confusion 😂
Datura and morning glory are both in the Solanales order along with chili peppers, potatoes, and deadly nightshade. They're in different families though.
In Europe we call them angel's trumpet
