    If you ask me, Timothy "being with people who will care for him" i am 100% certain is her way of saying hes "with The Lord" (as in she killed him) without admitting it

      I think you're spot on, I don't think someone who's "on the road" for days has someone they trust that far out. I also think they went through her phone records,internet history ect. If he was with someone she "trusted" there would be a trail leading to Timmothy. I would love to hold out hope but I doubt it at this point.

      I don't blame the family at all for hoping that he's just with some friend of the mother's they don't know, but I also believe she just meant he's with angels or God or whatever. I wish we could find out what on earth was happening - I don't remember in a longer recount of that story them saying the mother had anything mental happening that anyone knew about. Her just randomly taking off with there being no apparent domestic issues and ending herself and probably the son is really weird. Like maybe she had psychosis and was just really good at masking it, and we'll never know.

      Unfortunately, I believe you’re right. I don’t blame his family for having hope, especially for this long, but I feel like the way Timothy’s mom worded it alluded to the fact that she killed him without outright saying it.

    • @technicolorrose5549
      @technicolorrose5549 Місяць тому +35

      @MephistonCalistarius you know that's a really good point....if she'd made arrangements for Timothy to be given to someone there would be a trail. Unless she corresponded with someone thru mail. But that is unlikely. I believe the same. She must've completely broke to hurt her son, the one person she loved the most. I guarantee also....her taking his life had more to do with her not wanting to be without him, than her husband was abusing him. She prolly thought that if she killed him they'd be together in the afterlife. She likely dumped him in a big body of water. It would have 2 be somewhere she was familiar with. Or some extremely secluded place where his body wouldn't be found. Also why she didn't just have him with her...in other words...why kill him in a completely separate place? I mean she wouldn't be worried about being reprimanded, she's dead. Maybe she didn't want their family to think badly of her.
      In any case, you can't make out any rational Behavior from a person that is displaying nothing but irrational behavior.

    The fact that the father in the third case was known as an overbearingly protective father who would even go as far as bother his daughter at her job, yet he didnt notify police immediately after her disappearance is pretty telling evidence that he knows whats up. It's really disheartening and unfair, but it's also necessary for people to see what happens when a case is opened without concrete proof. I don't know if there were mistakes in the original investigation (like, didn't they have sufficient evidence to at least grill the father originally? Or did they do and he didn't say anything? In any case I think they had enough cause for a warrant to search his house), or whether no adequate evidence was found, but I don't even know if there is sufficient cause in the future whether they can even charge him with the same charge. But the girl's sister Sarah is a trooper. Mad respect.

      I’m also questioning Why did she go to the church at 3:40am? Did she have something to do there? Because it’s either a trap, or there’s a possibility she went there with an intention for getting in danger. Although I absolutely doubt it, something seems wrong, for someone to go into a church at 3am, then ANOTHER person go into that same church 40 minutes later.
      Another confusing part about the case. The person in the SWAT gear, had a clear way of moving around, not just like they didn’t know the layout, but almost walking into walls, disoriented, almost tripping, the murderer could not have been stable, whether it be drunk, high, mentally ill or anything else, but there’s NO WAY that person was thinking straight!

      Although I be a bad man in my own sight, I don't like the thought of these types of things happening. (Someone suddenly dying and all signs point to foul play, yet no one can touch the one/s blatantly seen as responsible by many) No one ever has or ever will getaway with any wrong. Not me. Not you. Not her dad. I have no daughter, or step children. If I ever do, it will be because I willingly chose to. Meaning I will have dedicated myself to providing and protecting at any/all cost to my self. What if your father/stepfather treated you so awful? How would you feel? Hurt? Inadequate word I believe. Frustrated/ enraged/hopeless? Betrayed? 💔 Justice doesn't mean anything earthly to me. Justice is what we will all face when we die the first death. How will you fare? I myself am a wretched sinner. Even so, Glory be to God. For whatever He Judges to do that is good in his own sight, then it is Righteous. Yeah. That guy will not escape what he did, and no allegedly or patty cake acquittal mortal court frilly trimmings will be involved. For we all will face The Lord of Host's, The God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. The same God who gave David victory over Goliath. My God. Who I have failed, and who I have sinned against. C'mon. We're not in Kindergarten. The note isn't truthful or helpful, and there is no reason anyone should expect it to be. @ I understand that they did not find the body of the boy, but this does not change the way the laws of probability work, nor does it change the facts we know to be true about human beings in general. The mindset "no body was found, so he must be alive" is extremely naïve, and extremely irresponsible on the part of the investigative authorities, given the evidence. One does not need a Ph.D. in forensics to understand something so basic. Now, look, is it _technically possible_ he is still alive even today? Well, yes, of course it is, but possibility does not matter here. What matters is probability. If possibility were what mattered, then no one would be convicted of crimes ever.

      For story #1, there are similar cases where a mother abducts the child to conceal a case of false paternity from infidelity. It may be wishful thinking considering the blood evidence, but there may be a scenario in which he was given over to his paternal family (her affair partner) to prevent the truth of his patronage from getting out. Suicide isn't a far leap from there. One final secret to take to the grave.
      I only mention this because it happens often (to a less dramatic extent) with insular religious or ethnic communities. Example: Mom leaves the Latter Day Saints (those people are nuts), runs off, gets married outside of the faith, Starts a family. She then wishes to return to the church, but she will not be so easily welcomed back, but her child may be, under the care of someone who is in good standing with the church.
      I'm not claiming that happened here, there's no evidence of that at all. But while this is a unique case, it's a disturbingly familiar pattern.

      Molesting her* Not to be rude, it’s just I believe it’s harmful to try and avoid sensitive words like molest, rape, assault, etcetera as though there’s a stigma associated. Victims of those crimes (my own mom included) tend to have an easier time dealing with that kind of trauma when we’re not tiptoeing around and mincing our words. Some words or actions are triggering for some people, and each person with that trauma will have different triggers. Still, it’s better to say the quiet part out loud and let the victim(s) know where you stand as directly and bluntly as you can.

      I agree. Her giving the exercise class at the church at early-ass in the morning was the only thing going on there, and if I recall correctly it was both new AND temporary at that location until their preferred spot opened back up. So it was not a crime of opportunity and coincidence: her killer knew she would be there, got there early, killed her, and knew enough about the goings on that they got out of there before any of her students got there. Now I personally believe that the detectives have to know who the killer is, because life just isn't that complicated in the suburbs, they just probably don't have the physical evidence or an alibi-breaking timestamp to be able to nail who did it...yet.
      Interesting side note, and possibly just to throw off internet detectives or to put the killer at ease with misdirection, I saw a whole line of speculation by the cops and their specialists arguing over whether the SWAT uniformed figure is a woman or a man. Two of the experts are sure that it's a woman, accounting for the weird gait and body motions. I don't know, either way.

      Missy Bevers - I have heard of this case before but never saw the footage of the "Dad" until now. After watching over side by side i can say this is 100% the same person. It's not just the gait, look at the body size/type The forward head posture is identical. Also his whole body movements are identical. the way he moves his arms while walking, his head movements. This is the same person in the video footage. compare video @9:01 vs @9:40 vs @11:24. Without knowing stuff about how he acted or whatever. I am totally convinced these are the exact same person. I know this isn't enough for police right now but maybe in the future the video clips can analyzed by AI and have a way to examine precise movements and compare to make a pattern analysis match. Maybe some day that will be admissible in court perhaps.

    Cases like "Dr." Tatum make me scream. In my country, precisely in my city, a 10-year old girl went missing 3 years ago. She went to the store and never came back. Her brother was a school colleague of mine and I know he was so desparate to find answers. His grandfather, who was his sister's guardian, was acquitted as a suspect in a human trafficking ring. The girl has still not been found and her brother died an early death at only the age of 21. That family is experiencing more grief than anyone could imagine and it's just horrible when other family members are willing to sell their own blood and flesh to a lifetime of abuse. They are also a minority (Roma) and lived a hard life, desparation can bring man to do unspeakable deeds, but to sell your own child away... That I just can't get behind.

    • @kostantza1

      No, there is never any excuse for doing that. A marginally decent person may sell themselves for their children to eat, but never would never allow their child to be sold in order to eat themselves, or even feed their other children. Unfortunately selling and renting kids out is hardly new, and in Roma communities it's a plague, but it's not because of desperation.

She killed him because she couldn't fathom not having or sharing something she considered hers, and she prefered to die than relinquish her son to the father even partly. At no point did any sort of love or consideration for her child enter this. She did this to spite her ex husband and leave him to deal with the emotional fallout knowing she caused him the greatest pain she could - that was enough for her to both kill her son and die over it.This has nothing to do with love. It is all possessiveness, spite and pride - which aptly is the mother of sins.

This is further proven by him telling his girlfriend if he was to take his life he wouldn't be found. He also has had suicidal thoughts before and is diagnosed with depression. I think the story is just a suicide that was planned to ensure that he would never be found. Extra: I think he said it was an M shaped cave was to stand for mysterious and that the vibrations would lead others off his track. I don't think that there is any cave there in that mountain range that had the exact describtikn so that even if people checked every cave... he would never be found. I also think this because the school staff said it felt off when she picked him up early, so she might have been planning this from the start. She might have taken him to all those fun places so he could have fun/be happy before she killed him and then killed herself. It seems like one of those cases where the parent plans on taking their own life but also takes the life of their child because they are unsure what will happen to them or feel like they are the only one who can take the best care of them.

    28:45 _Kenny was an idiot. Just going into the Mojave Desert by yourself is already a very foolhardy thing too do. But Some of those mines are very very old and those shafts are very old oil drilling rigs afrom the 1800's, the integrity of those shafts are very very dangerous. His remains are probably at the bottom of one of those shafts._

      @dragonlogos1 22 дні тому

      No lot of people walk that way. It just shows bring off balance. Which in bad boots and wearing of heavy uniform you would expect.
      Gait is not an acceptable form of identification.

    • @legallyoverton
      @legallyoverton 22 дні тому

      @ actually, there have been identification leaning to convictions based on unique posture, body type, and unusual gait. I do get what you’re saying about wearing heavy equipment, but other that his tactical vest, can we tell whether he’s carrying heavy tools,I couldn’t tell? But it’s even the way his hips and feet are turned out that it’s the same between the perp and the dad, I’ve not seen people wearing heavy equipment to walk turned out like that. Thoughts?

    • @dragonlogos1
      @dragonlogos1 22 дні тому +1

      @ one there have been many convictions on really bad science and poor evidence doesn’t make them correct
      Two, the gait we see here is not in any way unique. Like I get not everyone spends time around people over 50 and 50 pounds over bmi but When your off balance you make those kind of corrections when you walk almost anyone at that size does it. (Unless you have large amount strength and posture which you lose with age) the dad does it because of his weight, age, and most likely injuries to his knees. he is also doing half steps as he approach’s the door to time it so he doesn’t invade the personal space of the group in front of him.
      The perp was most likely doing it due to the shoes not fitting correctly and just general uncomfortableness in that uniform, may also be overweight as well.
      It also odd that the footage cuts when it does if you found a way to cut the feed why leave in your weird building walk, he also had to sneak up to her (because even if she knows you she is not going to recognize you in that outfit), and then fight a fitness instructor.
