Great question Musa! The wiring poorly done can cause a strain in an electrical circuit which can result to higher current drawn hence higher bills. So you are very correct. From an earth rod and cut out connection of the earthing wire is done there. From there, it gets to the earth busbar in the consumer unit. Makes sense?
Thanks Steve. Good question! Absolutely possible! It’s much possible. As long as you insert it whole and don’t leave extra wires which may short the phase.
Hello Alex, great observation from you. I will do a video on the cooker connection where I will wire a cooker unit and a cooker connector, you will definately love it.
Sounds good Looks ok Except the 32A Fuse Why? Microwave should have its own fuse yes No other Devices And 16A should be enough For just the mircowave Idk what microwaves you use in your country but ok And just making the fuse 32A so you can use more things at the same time before the fuse breaks the circuit is very dangerous I d k what those sockets can handle but if it is the same as in germany than they are made to handle 16A max (3680Watt) so they will if u actually run 32A through one Single outlet Burnaway your house The purpose of the fuse is to break open the power supply when the cable gets to Hot or there is too much Ampere running through ( example short circuit ) Also 32A May be ok for the cable lenght/ mm² used in your Model But in a realistic house it is probably around 15 to 20meters and then 4mm² is not enough to handle 32A
Always grateful for your resourcefulness in your response. The 32A is a choice for me because incase of the customer connects multiple loads then it will be able to handle.
@@topheightselectricians just for example , if some individual decides to do so as u say and puts a microwave on one socket and multiple other at the second socket so that we have an ampere usage of 32A the socket with the multiple devices OR the 4mm2 cable it self WILL start BURNING and the Fuse doesnt give a fuck about it because ... why would it ?
Top class teachings and lessons for we the beginners in electrical
We much grateful sir
Absolutely Francis! I try to make the explanations as easy as everyone ca understand.
Thank you sir
do you wire all the socket in the kitchen with 4mm wire or you just wire one socket with 4 mm then you loop the rest socket with 2.5mm
Pls does the types of wires used in wiring can cause high lights bills ?? And where did we connect the earth wires to consumer unit and the meter?

Sir this video is very important for us
Is it a must when connecting kitchen cooker socket you connect with a connector??
Why You Need A Cooker Connector #electrical #electricity #shorts
Very educative sir 👏
Thanks Willy!🙏
Good lesson
Wonderful lesson sir God bless you
Appreciated Malama!
nice detailed information ...thank you
Thanks Allan for taking your time to give a feedback. What topic or video can I do for you next?
Clearly elaborated...but if I may ask,can we connect the earthing cable in the twin socket next to the phase
Thanks Steve. Good question! Absolutely possible! It’s much possible. As long as you insert it whole and don’t leave extra wires which may short the phase.
I missed alot it's an interesting
After my boss is you sir
Hahaa really Sheik?
The earth wire is important in any wiring .when you wiring socket the earth will be close to the nu
Absolutely correct James! Sorry, what did you mean the earth be closer to?
I'm interested sir and am Emmanuel from Ghana
I’m grateful to have you here Emmanuel!
You've not connected the connector in your socket cooker which is very important
