I am different in that I prefer them not do the subtract feature. I might want to use the pumpkin alone instead of with the words so I want it all intact. Make sense? Same with the fishing one.

i think it's because they are downloading from canva as 8.5 by 11 and imports weird into sihlouette

When saving my files for Silhouette studio they always appear empty. Like the lines of my text and objects aren't filled in and I can't figure out why.

I think the 8.5 by 11 is sub stuff alot of the epsons are that small

I feel like the title of this video is misleading. I clicked on it to learn How to prepare SVG files. And how to make and sell svg files on Etsy, but it’s literally just 16 minutes of opinions on other people’s svgs. Even the part where someone had the smaller canvas size (8.5x11), that’s completely a biased opinion based on your own preference. It wouldn’t change the purchaser’s ability to use the SVG at all. I would really like to learn HOW to make SVG’s to sell on Etsy.
This should’ve been titled “Things to avoid when making SVG files in silhouette studio (IMO)”
I’m not trying to be rude by saying this at all, I’m just annoyed that I sat through 16 minutes and never actually learned how to make and sell an SVG file for Etsy.
Some of the information is appreciated, don’t get me wrong, just the title is misleading.
