what can be the problem when i go to cut something out it has a border line and cuts off half my design thanks Mona Fabre

Check your page setup on the design page. It sounds like your media size is off. Try setting it at 12x12 and see if that fixes the problem. All of the elements have to be within the red cut border on the design mat in order for them to cut.

@@silhouettesuccessI've recently purchased cameo pro and it's like I'm scared of it Thank you that's what it was the media size I have the business edition, and I love the silhouette software I have been using silhouette for years I have one of the very first machine they came out with but I still don't know everything there is to know about the software and there's a lot thank you so much you are an amazing teacher.
