    I agree protein is important but when I was listening to you and I heard you say you can’t get it without without protein powder it makes me think is that really how we’re supposed to eat

      I agree, but I can’t eat dairy, soy, or eggs so I have to be creative. It’s not ideal and eating real foods would definitely be better! But you gotta do what you gotta do! 😅

      @@CleanEatingKitchen I can’t eat dairy gluten and I’m not sure I want to eat soy -I’ve followed all the plant based doctors and they don’t focus on this much protein but everyone else out there lately is saying how much we need it -I’m afraid all that protein will cause constipation

      @@enough425 I think it kind of depends on your goals and age and stuff like that too. My naturopath doc wants me to get to 100 grams.

      Also, watch out for the plant based docs….most of them have an agenda that is not based on optimal human health. Just my 2 cents!

      @@CleanEatingKitchenthanks -which plant based doctors do you feel have an agenda? Dr esselstyn? Mcdougall ?
