I have lost 40 pounds in 9 months, stopped having heartbeat skipping issues, and stopped needing drugs for Ulcerative Colitis, all from your videos. Keto with IF, eating two meals a day has worked for me! Thanks for the work you do. It would be nice to get my daughters to do this diet, but they will have to come to their own decisions at their owm times.

I'm back to thank you! I'm a diabetic with severe sciatica. So much of my day was just me dealing with pain as I tried to live independently. In a matter of weeks, my life has improved immensely after following these guidelines! My dad had the same neurological issues and died at my age. I'm so sorry he suffered needlessly because of vitamin deficiencies. Thank you so very much!
So glad you made this video, I had carpal tunnel years ago and luckily had a doctor that checked my levels and found I had B12 deficiency along with others and after starting my supplements I have been fine and it went away on its own. So glad that there are doctors out there that are not surgery happy.
Works like a charm, I suffered from carpal tunnel syndrome for years, I went to see a neurologist who prescribed vitamin B6, B12, and folic acid, I no longer wake up with numbness, swelling or pain in my hands. I’m spreading the word to everyone I know who suffers from carpal tunnel.
@@Sophie-nd1ti Hi Sophie, sorry for the delayed response. I’m taking Pyridoxal 5’-Phosphate caps 100mg (B6), Folic Acid 1mg (prescription) Methyl B12 500 mcg. The B6&B12 are over the counter and Folic Acid was prescribed by my Physician. Remember to consult with your doctor. Hope it helps!
@@janedamato Hi! I’m consulting with my physician. I go in a few weeks to get blood work done, I don’t think I’ll be taking them indefinitely, just working to repair the nerves. I’ll know more when I go back. Have a great day!
Ok! B1, B6, & B12 But All B vitamins are SO, SO IMPORTANT I discovered, in my sixties that Im sensitive to gluten and or wheat. Thank you GOD Bless You
I have sciatica and recently diagnosed with carpal tunnel and instead of surgery I used a TENS unit I purchased online and placed one pad on my wrist and one on my palm and within a month my excruciating pain was gone. We are all energy so I figured it would help. I just started B1. Thank you for your videos
@@eleynafelix2789 Walmart was selling those a few years ago. Maybe Target or online? Chiropractors can do acupuncture for CTS I have heard. I've been planning on checking into it!! They can help with sciatica, also. 😊 Mine is very knowlegable. Good luck to you!!
A few facts first: 1. P5P (active B6) is required to absorb and utilize B12. 2. P5P is involved in synthesis of the protein IF which is required to decouple and transport B12 3. P5P along with zinc is involved in stimulation of stomach acids from parietal cells of gastric lining 4. Mylin sheath - P5P is required to synthesise the protein required for myleination , but Coppet is also required as a cofactor during myelination of nerve fibers along with b12. 5. B12 pathways require potassium during neeve regeneration and condiction. 6. Sciatic nerve - deficiency of b6, b9, b12, copper, potasium & magnesium (as magnesium is also required for potassium uptake). 7. Carpal tunnel syndrome - deficiency of b6 mainly, but also of supporting factors b9, b12, copper. 8. B6 and B1 compete with each other on multiple nuerometabolic pathways. High doses of B6 in isolation will deplete B1 and vice versa. 9. B1 is more useful for diabetic neuropathy while B6 is critical when neuropathy is triggered by demyleination, with imbalances in neurotransmitters. 10. In general for nerve issues you need b1, b3, b5, b6, b9, b12 with magnesium, potassium, copper, manganese, zinc with often b6 being the most critical micronutrient. 11. B1 is hyped a lot, often you do NOT need megadoses of b1 if you keep your magnesium and manganese status adequate as manganese boosts uptake of b1, and magnesium supports thiamine dependent enzymes. 12. It is totally misplsced to recommend benfotiamine as b1 for diabetic patients as benfotiamune is fat soluble, and most diabetics have liver/pancreas/gall bladder/kidney impairment of some sorts which restrict bile output (required to emulsify and breakdown fat medium), and enzymatic output - lipases to breakdown fat. The best form of thiamine is the water soluble version - thiamine hcl (cheaper) and allthiamine/ttfd (garlic source, more expensive).
My husband had extreme social anxiety, I shared your videos to his FB page, and he watched a few, he started to ask me to buy certain supplements you have suggested all from the natural form he stressed to me, I laughed inside of course, because I already knew, he was just too stubborn to hear, till he finally broke down and watched one of your many videos I sent to him. Thank you Dr so much, He is doing so much better... he's outgoing, not so much a hermit anymore, I can't shut him up now. Lol... a patient cured is a patient lost… But you Sir as long as there is internet you will never lose us... again thank you so much for all your knowledge, back in the days all doctors were like this…
I can confirm this, my mom had sciatica for 2 years and the doctor told her she would have to take pain medication forever. One day her doctor did blood work and found out she was anemic and put her on a vitamin called Hematinic which has B vitamins, Folic Acid and Iron. Within 2 weeks my dad asks her…”Hey, you havent complained about your leg anymore!” She had not noticed that after 2 weeks, her pain was gone. At times before that she could not walk and her leg would burn horribly. Doctor was stumped. He could not believe it. Thank you Dr Berg for confirming it!!!!
I am 75 year old woman having scartica pain n right shoulder pain after a fall n still suffering from the pain. I shall take your advice n take the vitamins, thank you doctor, may God bless you.
Thank you Dr Berg , my wife had severe carpal pain waking her up at night and tingling on the ends of her fingers. I had Sciatia pain also and were both on our way to investigate an operation to fix these problems. After watching your vid I ordered the B vitamins especially Pyridoxal 5 Phosphate. After less than a week we are both pain free and that was 6 months ago. Absolutely amazing.
I suffered from sciatica when expecting my first child. No medic mentioned this vital piece of information. It is unbelievable that our so called medical experts do not have this knowledge. It's eye opening.
Some doctors choose not to believe anything about vitamins, and you become a doctor you have to agree to shove they're pharmaceuticals down the throats of their patients.
@Manjula H In my experience, improving your diet and strengthening your core stomach muscles as well as ensuring you have sufficient B vitamins in your diet, as Dr Berg highlights.
I started all these forms of the B's. Dr. Breg,I really thank you because since I started following you, inflammation has gone. I let people know about your videos.
I love your passion I love how you take the time to make these videos and take the time to write little side notes to help explain things in a way non-doctors are able to comprehend and understand .. Hi, a licensed aesthetician, and was somehow led to one of your videos about SKIN that I absolutely loved and here I am finding myself saving every video you have made!!!!
I totally cured a problem that was diagnosed as carpal tunnel with high doses of B6! It was a stressful time when there was a lot of stress--and I've always been a heavy coffee drinker!
I had right shoulder pain I attributed to an overuse injury...started watching your videos, changing my diet, and exercising, and then I took Tudca based on one of your vids - in a week the pain was gone! Backed up bile duct. God Bless you Dr. Berg you are a gift to us all.😇
You don’t know how happy this video makes me! I’m 33 and I’ve suffered of sciatica since I was 18. It has only gotten worst. I will start taking my vitamin 6 from now on!! Forever thankful for you Dr. Berg! ❤
I’m also a 33 year old with sciatica problems since my youth. I hope this is the remedy I’ve been looking for. I was just talking about surgery for this issue as a last resort.
@@alfredsanzj2637 20+ years ago, B6 did more for me in less than 2 weeks than any doctor I ever saw for nerve pain. I refused to have surgery and they wanted to start injecting steroids into various joints. Within 5 days of supplementation I was a different person and before 2 weeks time I was 100% pain free. All the best. 🙋♀️
That’s fantastic! Very interesting indeed. Sciatica is new to me and it’s not severe but I’m glad to have found this video. I would like to encourage anyone reading this to do some additional research on B vitamins. From what I have learned so far, if our gut is in good shape and we get enough D3, our gut bacteria make all of our B vitamins. Stasha Gominak, neurologist figured out that after a certain period of time of her patients taking D3 and a B complex, that they developed negative symptoms, like burning nerves which meant that their gut was now producing the B vitamins and they were now overloaded. She recommends taking all the B vitamins, so may be a B complex plus additional P5P until you have some neuropathy or other negative symptoms. She does a lot of podcasts so it’s easy to find her. You might consider making a note of how you feel/your symptoms when you start and just pay attention to your body.
Dr Berg is amazing! I started watching his videos in Jan 2023. Numerous medical issues. I went from a mens size 40 waist to boys size 16 in 5 months following his eating clean and vitamin advise. Cut back bad carbs, but not full ketosis! Followed his advise on not getting flabby while dieting and have very little loose skin. None on arms or face. Small amount on waist! I went from my highest weight of 268 lbs to 156 lbs. Back up to 170 lbs on purpose, the weight I was at 18 yrs old when I graduated from Paris Island and was officially a Marine. I weighed 140 when I arrived at Parris Island! The BMI scale is so incorrect. I served 21 years and it was a roller coaster of weight loss and gain following the government rules about dietary needs! His best advice is everyone needs to figure what works for them. You have to pay attention to want your body tells you! It is all about the quality of what you ingest. If you are having cravings, you are lacking something! If after eating you feel bad, you ate something bad! 156
Something doesnt add up here. That is approximately 100 lbs in 5 months. Thats a good amount , seems too fast of a time to drop so much. Give us the waist size from 40 to??, not the boys size.
Excellent video! I just recovered from Bell Palsy, which was terrifying at first. My face returned to normal. I did the exercises, took B-complex supplements and lysine. After a week of taking the lysine 3x a day my face started returning to normal. I had a virus in December that was brutal. Also had the chickenpox as a child. The bell palsy was painful in the cold and emotionally upsetting. I really believe the B vitamins and lysine were the key to recovery. I will continue with the b vitamins. I did keto and IF last March and lost 30 lbs and kept it off. I’m 56 so that’s amazing. I’m going back on the plan this week to lose the next 30lbs. 16 hour fast worked the best for me. Thank you for your wisdom and sharing it with the world.
That's great to here. Bell's palsy is reported to be a side effect of the m RNA jabs💉 but also possible to get it from other people that were Jabbed💉. I heard about Chickenpox and shingles relationship to Bell's palsy and it's possible something has remained in the body that a virus activates.
@@henryhendrika5689 , search the 9 pages single spaced side effects listed as adverse effects of the pfi zer jab. We do not have a jab deficiency, We have mineral and vitamin deficiencies.
Your comment about virus and lysine got me to google HSV and Bell's Palsy correlation. Thanks for sharing that B vitamins and lysine helped. I have been getting pains on the same side of face as my cold sores, from top of head to neck and sore throat, swollen tonsil - sometimes only those symptoms and no cold sore and it will last for a month or longer, always in the fall season the last few years. I am also 56 and also had chicken pox as a child. Thanks for sharing and I am so glad to hear of your recovery. I can only imagine how scary that must have been for you.
Facinating. In my case, we had bad sciatica 4 years back. drs had me on painkillers for months, talk of surgery, thyroid meds. Off work for weeks. Xrays showed some bone degeneration of the lower back and spine. Annoyed, my husband got copies of my medical records and discovered the problem after time on pubmed.govt. Added Vitamins D3, K2 and some magnesium and turmeric. All pain gone in 3 weeks and got better in the following weeks. The bonus was I haven't had a cold or flu since!
I have no more colds/flu/sinus infections/sinus headaches SINCE taking Vitamin D3 (30,000 I.U.) and vitamin K2//MK-7 (180 mcg) daily. It was a nice side effect of taking Vitamin D3 because my blood test showed I was severely deficient in Vitamin D3 and other nutrients, as I have Celiac Disease.
I’ve been having really bad back pain combined with tingling & numbness in my toes lately. I started taking a B vitamin supplement & eating more vegetables high in B6, and while it’s not gone yet, over the past two weeks it has gotten MUCH better than it was. I thought it was mostly due to sitting at a computer for too long every day (I have a desk job), it never occurred to me that the problem could be a B vitamin deficiency. In fact I had been told by doctors NOT to consume too much vitamin B6 because it was “linked to neuropathy”. Thank you so much for clearing all this up.
B6 toxicity is a thing. If you have a detoxification problem it can build up in your body at toxic levels. I had this! I have MTHFR and my body doesn't detox well. My B6 was double the safe levels and I had problems walking straight and my nervous system was always on high alert. Anxiety 24/7. I cut out the B6 in supplements and only get it from food. I feel so much better and my levels are normal. A good multivitamin with low B6 is pure encapsulations multi. If anyone is wondering.

Yes, thank you Dr. Berg. I have carpal tunnel and sciatica. I didn’t know there were 2 forms of B6. In 2010, I was diagnosed with B6 toxicity which led too Trigeminal Neuralgia. A multivitamin of all things led to this condition. I have stayed away from B6 since then like the plague unless it was in food.
If I knew this information I probably wouldn't have to go through all this nerve tests and cubital tunnel surgeries years ago!. I can never thank you enough for all your videos Doctor!
There was a doctor 17 years ago on late night radio who advocated the first two vitamins along with folic acid for carpal tunnel syndrome (which cured mine). I recommended the same twice-daily treatment to an elderly man who could not straighten his back, and he came back and thanked me when it cured his problem.. Great information, Dr. Berg!
Folic Acid is terrible! Whole food Folate or methyfolate & one other is only way to get it in a healthy way. Over and under methylation is a dangerous thing.

I have had both sciatica and carpal tunnel syndrome, about 25-30 years ago. The sciatica was cured in one session of craniosacral therapy. The carpal tunnel problem was sorted out with a few sessions of acupuncture. Luckily, at 75, no recurrence so far. Nonetheless, all dietary advice appreciated. Thanks, Dr Berg.
My sciatica was caused by a car crash several years ago. Never had anything prior to that. I must be doing okay with my vitamins and minerals though, since I work on a mouse and keyboard all day and never had carpal tunnel syndrome.
B6 for sure. After giving birth, both times, I developed carpal tunnel. after doing a lot of research after the first birth, I discovered that it could be a B6 deficiency. So I took B6, and two days later the pain was gone completely. Second pregnancy, developed carpal tunnel again and took B6 right away and didn't have to suffer so long.

It’s been almost 4 years since I am suffering from sciatic pain, I did MRI scan nothing appears to be the problem, no doctors mentioned taking vitamins or maybe I am anemic. Thank you Dr. Berg I will do blood test and take vitamin B6.
I was diagnosed with Pernicious Anemia one year ago. The cyanocobalamin seems to be the form of choice. I took matters in my own hands a few weeks ago, and got some sublingual B12 that is methylcobalamin. Such a difference! Combined with alpha lipoic acid ( suggested by my orthopedic doctor) my pain levels have dropped considerably and the roller coaster of B12deficiency has smoothed out between visits to hematologist.

I developed CTS a few years ago and also a couple of trigger fingers ( knuckles would lock up). I tried everything except surgery before learning about P5P B6 and deciding to give that a try. I started taking 100 - 200 mg daily. After 2 or 3 weeks it all cleared up. I now take 25 - 50 mg, 3 times a week to keep it at bay. There's an out of print book titled 'Vitamin B6 Therapy' by John M Ellis, MD. He discovered all his patients with CTS had a B6 deficiency.
Thank you so much. I am a vegetarian for many years and I am suffering from carpal tunnel. Eventhough I excercise and live a healthy lifestyle. Now I know why.
Dr. B, My understanding is that people with slow COMT gene variants should not add any methyl groups at all. After a couple years of trying methyl cobalamin I finally came across that detail. Those resources claim adenosylcobalamin and hydroxycobalamin are the best methyl free forms. Otherwise we get even more anxious which is often our worst health complaint. Thank you for always researching and being the best source of reliable info. My family, friends, and I are always sharing your videos.
@@vicenzisvenue I thought that having the MTHFR gene mutation meant that you could not methylate the vitamins in the normal metabolic processes and HAD to take the methylated forms or your body wouldn’t be able to use them? For me, my vitamin deficiencies occurred after a near fatal car wreck. I was knocked comatose and have been dealing with issues that weren’t present before; magnesium, potassium and B vitamins levels at very low or zero during that time. Brain injury rehab taught me because the brain is injured, it no longer has the ability to tell the body to retain vitamin stores & you constantly have to replenish the body. I have what I call a ‘permanent grocery list’ those items remain on.
I’ve been taking B complex vitamins for years but more valuable is my inversion table which separates my vertebra’s to allow the blood flow in between the spine’s vertebra to rejuvenate the joints.

For those with Sciatica. I ALSO recommend a pulsating mechanical 'massager' starting from your lower back, down over the bum, back of the leg, behind the knee, over the calf, on the facing outside length of your lower leg/calf and... all the way back up again. A typical massager (battery) lasts 20 mins. Do this twice a day, for a week. You'll see a vast improvement in loss of pain etc.

Hi Dr BERG. IT SEEMS LIKE my real problem is BALANCING THE B's in my life. 🤣 I do mean vitamins...B1, B6, B12 and such ... plus watching the imbalances that can be created as I maintain the folic acid needed for sickle cell anemia disease that was obviously helping a vicious cycle leading to leaky gut & gerds diagnosis. You're AWESOME. I will use the videos helping to change the loss of curvature to my spine from the degenerative scoliosis as well. THIS has been a twenty three year long haul recovery, that is finally beginning to pay off. I TRULY THANK YOU! 🥰
Absolutely those who have Diabetes, they show up B1 deficiency and also show Sciatica issues. B Complex can be solved using overnight water soaked nuts like, sunflower seeds, seasme seeds, pistachio ( not soaked). B complex deficiency is because of not good bacteria or good movement of Descending Colon or lack of Intrinsic factor. For Folic Acid and Niacin, one has to have good bacteria in Ascending Colon or do some activity( lame colons have no bacteria). B1 deficiency is really from low Ph of HCl in stomach.
And doctors won’t explain any if this to you!! Any issues you have they are clueless and just prescribe a drug that has so many side affects. I developed carpal tunnel while pregnant. I saw an orthopedic surgeon and he said he needed to operate. It was quite severe. I noticed after giving birth that it was starting to subside. I no longer need surgery this makes sense probably because the baby was taking nutrients from me.
i worked in a pharmaceutical plant and in my dept. there where a total of 8 employees who had carpal tunnel syndrome and were going to get surgery. I started developing signs as well. so, i started going to the gym. picked up light dumbbells' and started working the forearms front and back and continued working out the forearms. finally, I gained my grip the soreness was gone and i never had to see the doctor. If you think about it, I gave myself therapy. I never taken these vitamin supplements. I'm 60 years old now and had sciatica and it was painful driving about a year ago. so, guess what it is gone by doing leg press and it stretched my ass muscles and i increased the weight as my legs got stronger, I did leg curls, leg extensions 2 times a week. The pain is gone and I'm still doing these exercises today because it worked for me. i could not drive for 1 hour then. now i could drive for 4 hours and feel no pain drug free. Hey vitamins are good for you, but this is my story!
I had 4 different problems with L4-L5 vertebrae. Had surgery in 2017 to fuse these and widen the space where the disc had been. I was still occasionally having sciatic nerve symptoms. I am mostly vegetarian due to meat sensitivities-that's a whole other issue. Nice to know I not only feel better but there is science behind what is working for me. Love your videos.
I tried this along with everything else. I think this helped my sciatica problem. I have been taking it for maybe 3 months. I can sit with no issue now.
I was taking vitamin D (your brand) and it really helped me. Unfortunately, I procrastinated getting more and now I am having pain again. 2 days ago I ordered more of your vitamin D in Amazon. I can't wait to start taking it! And it's been raining for weeks in California so we haven't enjoy sunshine days.
After years of chronic undiagnosed sciatica symptoms that I simply ignored, the pain in my right hip recently started getting worse and I'd occasionally have severe pain shoot down that leg. One of the things that really helped me address sciatica and lower back pain issues, especially after having two kids, is weight lifting. My wife and friends USE to laugh at me for using yoytube doctors, NOW THEY DO TOO 😂😂
Sad?!! Thanks to goodness, we don't just depend on those hospitals and clinics drs anymore. For, many of them are just thieves and murderers.
A few facts first:
1. P5P (active B6) is required to absorb and utilize B12.
2. P5P is involved in synthesis of the protein IF which is required to decouple and transport B12
3. P5P along with zinc is involved in stimulation of stomach acids from parietal cells of gastric lining
Thank you very much!

Also make sure you lose weight. Walking daily for an hour at least also helps back pain.
Hi

Hey what are some symptoms?
Thank you so much. I have scoliosis with a lot of sciatica pain and I also have carpal tunnel. None of my treating Drs have said one B word at all. I'm getting spine injections that are so painful every 2 - 3 months. I also have carpal tunnel. I'm so amazed by this info. None of my treating Drs have said 1 B word to me. I'm angry. Thank you so much Dr.Berg.
Please recommend a brand that has these in a balanced way. This is the most educating video on these vitamins I have heard. Thanks for sharing.

Doc you're an angel in human body. Your continuous search for information and knowledge do benefits many.
We are thankful for you
I developed CTS a few years ago and also a couple of trigger fingers ( knuckles would lock up).
Thank You!!!
Oh my gosh!! I'm going to give this a try. My finger lock up and make it difficult to even drive short distances.

I'm sorry, I meant CTS. Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. Thanks for pointing that out.

Me too, I have double gene mutation MTHFR and COMT gene, I take hydroxo B12 and folinic acid lozenges
@@vicenzisvenue I thought that having the MTHFR gene mutation meant that you could not methylate the vitamins in the normal metabolic processes and HAD to take the methylated forms or your body wouldn’t be able to use them? Is that not correct? I’ve been taking the methylated forms of folate and B12 and have seen big improvements in my health.
@@lizzyjeanne Hi Lizzy, The methylated form of vitamin B12 and folate work Great for many people with the MTHFR gene, however in my case I also have a COMT gene, so in my case even the methylated forms doesnt help. Im really happy to hear DR. Berg is diving into all the different gene mutation variants.

This is just a suggestion based on what you have described...get your legs checked for vein issues through a vascular doctor. They can have test done on your leg veins to check the circulation.
Same!! I was saying it to my neurologist. The numbness was severe ehen i couldn't feel the floor. I had few falls before major one, ended up having terrible bimalleolar dislocated ankle fracture. Needed 2operation straight away and 5 mnts in serious slow conservative recovery only sitt3 with leg up high,in '23. I had no idea could be deficency of vitamins. Im constantly on it. Actually i reached toxic level vith vitamin B6!!! My GP told me
For me, my vitamin deficiencies occurred after a near fatal car wreck.
Of course, I realize not everyone goes through this, but the issue is still there.
Thank you for sharing! You don't realize how helpful you are!
I’ve been taking B complex vitamins for years but more valuable is my inversion table which separates my vertebra’s to allow the blood flow in between the spine’s vertebra to rejuvenate the joints.

Please look up his video on BENFOTIAMINE...it's a B vitamin that helps with nerve related things

Which one can u recommend?
What brand of massager do you recommend

I had a rhizotomy a year ago January for my sciatica, and haven't had any problems since. It's a simple procedure done in the doctor's office and pretty much pain less. I was able to stop taking pain meds.
What is this?
It’s a shot near your spine that destroys the pain nerves coming out of your spine I’ve had the shots since 2014 / 2018 is the last one I had and still no pain
@@54donk Thank you for the information regarding shots for sciatica. I chronic pain and suffering from disc bulge and degenerative disc disease and straightening of the spine. I have been taking B12 and Neurobion for many years. I also received cortisone shots in the upper spine some years back. I know learned that there is a non invasive treatment where they wash the disc bulges of deposits and one can be pain free and no risk like from deep down surgery. I have a narrow space of spinal canal so it is risky. I also have Pregabalin and Etoshine or Pyroxicam on alternate days for pain and restless legs syndrome.Have to constantly keep changing postures.

Hi Dr BERG.
IT SEEMS LIKE my real problem is BALANCING THE B's in my life. 🤣
I do mean vitamins...B1, B6, B12 and such ... plus watching the imbalances that can be created as I maintain the folic acid needed for sickle cell anemia disease that was obviously helping a vicious cycle leading to leaky gut & gerds diagnosis.
You're AWESOME. I will use the videos helping to change the loss of curvature to my spine from the degenerative scoliosis as well. THIS has been a twenty three year long haul recovery, that is finally beginning to pay off.
I TRULY THANK YOU! 🥰
@Deveree Hi! I am serious if you have tried the techniques Dr. Berg has shown in the videos on the back yet?
Absolutely those who have Diabetes, they show up B1 deficiency and also show Sciatica issues. B Complex can be solved using overnight water soaked nuts like, sunflower seeds, seasme seeds, pistachio ( not soaked). B complex deficiency is because of not good bacteria or good movement of Descending Colon or lack of Intrinsic factor. For Folic Acid and Niacin, one has to have good bacteria in Ascending Colon or do some activity( lame colons have no bacteria). B1 deficiency is really from low Ph of HCl in stomach.
So what do you suggest?
And doctors won’t explain any if this to you!! Any issues you have they are clueless and just prescribe a drug that has so many side affects. Thank you so much for helping us and explaining everything to where it is so easy to understand and makes total sense ❤ you are amazing and have helped me personally so much with all my problems.

I developed carpal tunnel while pregnant. I saw an orthopedic surgeon and he said he needed to operate. It was quite severe. I noticed after giving birth that it was starting to subside. I no longer need surgery this makes sense probably because the baby was taking nutrients from me.
Exact same thing happened to me
It makes more sense that you had some edema from being pregnant & the contents of the carpal tunnel were being squished.

i worked in a pharmaceutical plant and in my dept. there where a total of 8 employees who had carpal tunnel syndrome and were going to get surgery.
Wow, this is interesting. Thanks for sharing your story. Wishing you good health!
I had 4 different problems with L4-L5 vertebrae. Had surgery in 2017 to fuse these and widen the space where the disc had been. I was still occasionally having sciatic nerve symptoms. One of the things that really helped me address sciatica and lower back pain issues, especially after having two kids, is weight lifting.
