Just did this with knock off mikuni exhaust pipe 18 springs cast wheel and rod. Kinda scared from the rod prob gunna find a way to get billet I’m not to comfortable tbh. With just the carb exhaust and springs it hit 55, also got a 60T sprocket (had 75) so I’ll see the difference. Just got no money to get a new engine if it flops 😭😭😭
If u did a governor bypass a delete wouldn't do much bc it's already getting "bypassed" as if it wasn't there in the first place. Atleast to my understanding I'm still new to bikes tho.
@@fasterthunder8308 that is a good statement. I’ve ran this ct100u without the governor linkage for awhile and it’s definitely faster after deleting the governor. If I left the linkage connected and zip tied the spring, as most people do. I think it would be the same as deleting, just sometimes it can be finicky.

You can’t go much faster than 40 mph anyway around 50 it gets bad speed wobbles.
That's true. Maybe with better tires and front suspension it would help the wobble.
