I am older but started watching your videos because you remind me of my daughter. I have struggled with weight my entire life and finally gave in and got a gastric sleeve when I was 50. I regret that I waited that long. I think sometimes how much of my life I missed by struggling and fighting with food, and thinking I was too fat to do stuff. You have demonstrated that weight is a struggle for you and it’s likely a medical struggle. It is not cheating to either do a surgery or get meds to help you. There are drugs approved for weight loss and it is helping a lot of people. Take the help if you think you want and don’t beat yourself up over. “Cheating”. My other regret about waiting is that my skin is really stretched and will not go back. Had I done the surgery 10 years earlier I would not have had so much loose skin now.
I work in pharmacy and I absolutely hate when people are on ozempic for weight loss not related to medical reasons. Especially when this shortage is going on. It’s a waste of my time trying to find stock for them and waste of resources. Usually the ones using it for weightloss are the ones angry about the stock problem because of their obsession. Like I really don’t care if you get it or not
Belgium 🇧🇪 pharmacist are allowed to deny the buyer Ozempic for non medical reason. They know who needs it and who not due to their linked medical database. They can see who’s shopping around and even doctors that write it out. Now medical subscription are put on our identification card on the chip in it. So no copies making 😂
I was on rybelsus for a couple months because I couldn’t afford Ozempic (they’re both the same generic drug in different forms!) and I changed my diet and work an extremely physical job. I lost weight fast, and even when I got off it I continued to lose weight, that’s the difference, many people stop and gain back because they don’t change their eating habits or exercise.

@@kestopia1993even in Belgium 🇧🇪 it has been a problem. But a lot of doctor have rang the alarmbel not to write prescription for ozempic for people that want to loose weight. Because it became a shortage for the diabetic people. Even pharmacist are aware not to give it. So the government send out a Ozempic only for diabetics. The only people that are able to get ozempic if they are obese on a high level and they where already on it. Now if someone goes to they’re gp and ask for it it’s not allowed anymore.

From what I’ve seen they will start it, feel the side effects and stop using it and end up on calorie deficit anyways if they want to continue their journey on losing weight.
My brother is on it. (He’s just lazy. I do not agree with it.) and all it does is make you poop literal OIL you will never be able to trust a fart. Other than that he said it’s fine but here there is only allocation for non diabetics if there is enough for diabetics (plus there’s only private price for non diabetics, diabetics get a heavily reduced price)but as someone who lost around 70kg off of diet alone, it feels really iffy watching healthy people just grab this easy out instead of just..if no medical issue is involved I think it’s a cop out.
I feel like it's a great way for some people to get a lot of money too. And and if they feel like they tried a real weight loss medication that actually works, but has less desirable side effects (as most medication do), they stop taking it and realize the only way that truly works is a change of life style and they either do it the hard way or give up and stay overweight. It makes you poop oil?? Like, it makes your body expell the body fat?

Hi Fei! I’ve never had that kind of springroll sauce before but I would definitely like to try yours one day. But also, I would like to recommend my springroll sauce to you it’s pretty yummy!! Hopefully you’ll try it 😄 but you just add sugar (caramelize it until golden brown and add water) hoisin sauce, sriracha sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, peanuts, and dry pepper. It’s a mixer of salty, sweet, sour, and spicy! Trust me you’ll love it! ☺️🤍 sorry I don’t have the measurements. I just go according to taste and what I like 😂

I’m on ozempic and I’m not diabetic - my blood work is nearly perfect but I have a significant amount of weight to lose. I have an issue with people being on it to lose like 15 lbs but if you have a significant of weight to lose and really struggle with weightless I don’t see the problem.
There's a problem because you are taking away from people who ARE diabetic. There was a shortage not to long ago if I remember correctly which is absurd. If you aren't having an issue you shouldn't be taking the med. There's thousands of ways to do it naturally without taking an actual medication that's meant for something else completely. That's the real problem

@@hollymclellanWell, then there's the difference. Here in the US it is not approved for weight loss, yet people like Elon Musk who are not diabetic were taking the medicine when there was a shortage. This is why people are not ok with it. And if your doctor okayed it for you you probably have your reasons. Here people were just so rich they'd buy it out which isn't ok.
@@hollymclellan I second this. In Canada, it's approve for weight loss and you can basically get it delivered to your door. No wait and no shortage.
And actually it's not approved by the health canada for the weight loss, only for diabetic. And right now the drugstore can only give me 1 ozempic for the week. I need to come back every week and I never know if it will be available. It's stressfull and wish doctor will stop prescribe it just for weight loss.

I'm not religious or spiritual but I know there's a child following me. I've dreamt about him, had sleep paralysis where I seen him, and I feel around him often. Especially when I'm stressed. But he doesn't feel malevolent. I also don't feel good when he's around either. It's weird. I'm used to him now.
Tell him to leave you and that you are not welcome here.

Girl please don’t go on ozempic unless you have a medical necessity for it. My sister and I are diabetic and it’s so hard to get it filled because of the shortage from people taking it for weight loss. Not only that, it can make you sick and not enjoy eating, even your favorite foods. The weight loss is also super temporary because once someone stops it they gain the weight back again.

don't go on ozempic if you don't have hyperinsulinemia or diabetes type 2 gurl, if you have none of that ozempic will fuck your hormones and you will have those problems for life then. I have hyperinsulinemia and i get ozempic, so i don.t spleep like 20 hours after every food intake, but if your insulin and sugar is okay it will drop so hard after ozempic that you will be freezing and hot and dizzy and feeling like fainting all the time. And it helps like 5 to 15%. there are more effective meds for weight management like mysibma and xenical they give like 15 and up to 50% help to the weight drop but you can't take them if you have insulin problems - those will not help then, you have to be generally healthy for those
The only time I've had sleep paralysis was when I would get the shots for covid. I could never see them. I would hear them it was lick a strange breathing sound with a tongue clicking sound. So you talking about yours scared me so bad.
Probably happens when you are sick or something then, as you are vulnerable then.

I don't hate on Ozempic, Gastric Sleeve, or similar fast weight lost procedures. I just haven't seen those procedures to be a permanent solution and people usually gain the weight back, WHY? Well the lifestyle changes needed to lose weight don't change. Make the lifestyle changes NOT NECESSARILY ALL Diet related and you'll slowly lose weight. Think exercising as joyful movement and Cut down on SUGAR INTAKE INCREASE protein.

I’m all for it! I think I was speaking in terms of people using it specifically for weight loss and not being transparent about it. I know of a few creators who are on it but are saying their weight loss is solely because of dieting and working out, hence, the “healthy lifestyle” guilt to others. :)
