Hope this doesn't come across as unsolicited advice but you might want to consult with a doctor about combining semaglutide with those diet supplements. Since you're already on a proper weightloss medication you really don't need an additional poorly regulated one ("natural" ingredients have side effects too).

I also have pcos and was seeing a fertility doctor at the time. I started exercising, lost some weight and fell pregnant on our 5th try of iui with twins. Don’t lose hope even though it feels like all hope is lost❤❤❤

I fell pregnant both times after I lost a lot of weight. With my daughter I lost 6st then fell pregnant as soon as we started trying for a baby then second time we started trying again atound 4 years after my daughter was born things were complicated due to a hormone problem and weight gain but 3 years later and after losing 3st I fell pregnant again with my son. So yes weight loss can help to get you pregnant, in some larger ladies cases.

She don't have to change her whole eating style for weightloss. You want to keep eating noodles? Just swap them with conjac noodles. Rice? Just use half a portion. Change the sauces to low sugar and add more weggies, and you still can eat the style you want.
Definetly agree for the portions but I could not eat conjac noodles to save my life, I hate how crunchy they are 😂

I’ve been struggling with my weight since I was in elementary school. I want to speak to a doctor about it and maybe start some sort of medication but I don’t think my family will allow it. They see weight loss help as a cheat. I’m 18 but I’m not sure if I still need there confirmation with this kind of stuff.
you’re legally an adult you wouldn’t need their confirmation. it’s not cheating at all and even if it was so what? some people need extra help and there’s nothing wrong with that so if you think it would work for you go for it 😊
18 is a legal adult, you don't need anyone's permission at all in regards to anything, especially your own health. Your life, your body, your journey. The only opinion that matters or counts is your own. Good luck, you can do this!
girrrl, I take mounjaro every week, as I am type 2 diabetic and have PCOS. let me tell you, those post injection feels ain't it. I always feel like crap the next day. best of luck to you. I hope to also lose weight while getting my sugars in order!

While we have gotten pregnant twice and not had a successful pregnancy My goal is to lose weight and live a healthier lifestyle so that I can feel more at ease for our next pregnancy, hoping it is successful.
