TRAVEL INSURANCE that I recommend

I would pay B35K per month for this. Very nice.
Nice condo and a oven that's a win for me
Nice pool and beach area
I really like your videos! Is there anyway you could also expand on some actual historical aspects of the area, including things to do and how far restaurants are, cinema, or any other typical things Americans might be into.
Hello, I am interested with the videos you made about condos in pattaya. In your videos, can you show more about every equipment for the condo gym if they have equipment for legs like leg press or dual cable machine or something like that because I am into heavy working out or weight lifting and for sure there are more people or are into working out heavy just like me. I plan to go to pattaya and we have been watching UA-cam to gain more knowledge about the place. I love the condo you are showing in this video. Thanks for your hardwork.
0:41 That ref walked out of its spot on the right to go closer to the view.
EDIT: Tony you noticed it too. 😅
ECIT: Wait a minute, I don't seen outlets for the ref to plug to on the original spot. Maybe that's why.
Ya the refrigerator was moved to an odd place. There is a power hookup back at the original spot. So it can be moved back. Thanks for watching!
Very nive
Great condo
A great condo with great facilities!
If I were to buy this condo at the asking price of 8,900,000 baht and rent it out at the going rate of 35,000 baht/month, then it would take me 21 years, 2 months, and 1 week to get my money back. This is not including HOA fees, insurance, taxes, maintenance, upgrades, etc. It would also require 100% occupancy with zero vacancy.
Right. This does not make financial sense. Not worth buying but favorable for a worth long-term rental.
Well said. The yield on this would be terrible. Long term at 28k is a 3.7% yield before you minus all the things you rightly pointed out. Management fees can be 50 or 60 baht per square meter. Makes no sense as an investment.
gday from australia, if i want to have a look at the condos for rent here who do i contact. i hope to be in pattaya in a week or so
Hello. You can contact Beebee. Her WhatsApp info is in the video description. She’ll send you info on what she thinks would be a good fit based on your budget and needs. Take care!
Price Par Night
WI FI and utilities ? I is there any food or beverage service on site?
Wi-Fi is included. Utilities is government rate. As for food/drinks service there are a lot of small cafes a short walk from the condo building.
FYI, there’s a Family Mart just across the street
Thanks for the replies, I just bring it up, because in one shot you can see a swim up bar available. Not staffed, but thought I would ask. Looks like a nice place.
What’s the price ? Sorry if I missed it in video.
35k baht short term (1-3mo) or 28k baht long term (6mos-1yr).
@@tonyforever This price is damned near free. Where else on this planet can you get a luxury condo, with sea view, bars close by and the best boom boom experience? No other place on this small little planet. So B35K is pocket change.
@@thonatim5321 maybe pocket change to you , a lot of money on my budget
@@davidbrown4271 Everyone needs to live within their means. Not everyone can afford luxury. To me., this is packet change for this level of quality.
Which floor is this?
19th floor
Extremely high rent . Beautiful view but not worth it IMHO
Curious. Could you kindly share us a link of what is worth it to you for that price?
