Hugh great comment, it sounds like you got a great deal on your condo, I have not heard of your area. I agree with you about never going back to the US. It is not for me. Thanks for watching:)
@@ninarosaphotography2039 Hi Nina, I found this deal by accident. I was staying in a hotel close by and I liked the area so I walked here and found this condo. I think you will find better deals if you are here than you will find on the internet.
@@livebeforeyoudie9984 yes I believe so. Since the tourist visa is only 30 days Do you think is possible to find something like that for rental. Thanks so much.
Its Beautiful and serene. I was stationed in San Antonio/San Miguel Philippines, in the early 80s, so was leaning that way. But many have told me look at Thailand...Its Gorgeous. Thank you.
Just wanted to say that's for keeping it real with us. Lots of other YTers are showing up 1500 dollar a month condos and 300k houses and while they are still a deal compared to the states let's be honest, no one is moving halfway around the world to pay those prices, at least not the majority of us. Keep doing what you're doing brother
Gabriel thanks for the great comment., I try to always keep it real, I have also seen there are expensive places here if you look for them. But there are also great deals you can never find in the US. I also think it is easier to find these deals when you are actaully here than on the computer in another country.
Hey I hope your channel grows. I'm seriously considering moving and retiring from the USA. Currently 35 years old and hoping to make something happen in the next 5 years. Tired of the rat race and the current state of our country. Excited to see where you go!
Im 34 almost, live in SC USA. Im tired already. currently have a apartment in Colombia, Medellin and also just bought a house here in USA which i think i can pay in about 10 years with my blue collar job. My plan is to paid the house and retire by the age of 45 yrs old , i will rent the house and with the money i can live back in colombia or fo to another country such as Thailand. and then just wait for my retirement SS at 62. @@fastdeliveryl708 Hello this sounds like a solid plan, I also worked many years to set myself up financially before I left the US, and buying the house is going to help you have an income in the future for sure, whether you rent it or sell it. Good luck and keep me posted :)
280 dollars.. you got an amazing deal. these condos in beach view are usually double that. 450 to 500 a month. which is still a good deal. but 280!! WOW... incredible... did you go through a local realtor or an online site?
That condo is beyond awesome. Thank you for sharing that with the world. I am definitely putting Thailand on my short list for retirement options. Keep up the good work.

We had many stopovers at Pattaya Beach while in the Navy. Our ships would be anchored and small boats would pick us up and literally drop us off on the shoreline. I absolutely loved Pattaya Beach; didn't know it was so affordable to rent. Thanks
Navy sees the world,so come and live here. I was in the Thai Navy and went to many.U.S.ports.Here in Thailand and America, all the place and the people are the same,Thais are better in terms of helping the others.
My eyes kept bugging out looking at the condo you're living in. From the outside view to all that you showed us and, yes, looks very high end amenities. Great find! Also a new subscriber. Thank you for making these videos! Unbelievable that rent and everything from massages, food etc. is so affordable. I'll continue to watch! .
It should because it is a farce. Go there and try getting an apartment for less than $1,000 a month and a year lease. Someone post up their leases so we can see. Notice they won't do that? They do this for clicks and likes, Thailand is not cheap.
Thailand is the most beautiful country I've ever visited !! I continue to return as I love the kind people, the food and the prices. Go one time and you will be back.
Absolute Stunning , my favorite spot would be in that cozy corner on the balcony looking over the peaceful Ness and taking in the serenity and the beauty of the water , it's perfect size space , add a bit of greenery will make it sooo cozy and homey, great job on your interior.

@@jimmiandersen3099 That is such a broad range question that will have a very different answer for many different people. To Set a guide line I, which is a family of four including one daughter in university and another in high school, live on 50K baht a month. We live very frugally and whilst we do go out, it is generally just a few times a month to Thai style places. To contrast, when I first moved here full time in 2006 with my wife and daughter (the one now at university), we had a budget of 85K baht a month and went out all the time and lived it up! I think a frugal single person could get by on 15K baht a month. I think a less frugal single could live quite nicely on the 50K baht a month that my family lives on, And I think that someone that likes to go out every night could also do that on 50K ranging up to 100K plus a month depending on where you go and how much you party!! Also, I am in Chiang Mai which is way cheaper than Bangkok or Phuket. Probably add 30-50% for those places!!!
this is doable. love the closeness to the beach and the swimming pools nice, just find the condo apartment a bit small. you didnt mention if it has any utensils, pots and pans which i think should be given, given that these are meant to be condos.
I just did the same thing. I'm living in Wongamat. I love the north end of Pattaya. I found a room for $343mo. Seaview from the 24th floor. 300m to the beach. This place is awesome!

Im from New York. Just curious how’s the WiFi inside your apartment
Yes other UA-camrs maybe in expensive upmarket Phuket, beautiful island, Pattaya on the other hand is bargain basement and basically a whore house and can be very rough, hence the cheap condos for certain clientele, nothing wrong with them or Pattaya but it is what it is, cheap for good reason and 100s of empty condos for rent

All the best from Canada and hope to see more of your new life in Thailand. See ya. 👍
Friendly when profiting sure, otherwise you have to be joking, Pattaya is cheap and ok but very rough and priced accordingly, jomtien much nicer but hundreds of empty condos means cheap price, great food absolutely and cheap for good reason
This condo with all those facilities in Vancouver would be CAD 800k to 900k. Add 1 million CAD for sunshine lol. Plus atleast 600 Cad per month condo fees. Vancouver is a rip off.

Hi Sean, may I asked how did you managed to stay in Thailand? I mean what visa options did you obtain.. thank you and I respect you in taking the big step to live your life..
That is a truly amazing apartment especially for the money. It is nicely done, and a balcony with a great view. All just a stroll from the beach. As for the mattress, beds in Thailand often are hard which is ok if you are a slight build, but less so otherwise. I would buy a magic foam mattress topper 3 to 4 cm. Keeps it clean, and makes a huge difference to a hard. Look forward to seeing your continued journey.
Yes absolutely right about the hard beds which I didn't think I'd like but I've got used to them now. Many Thais are used to sleeping on a few blankets on the floor so I guess they are ok with it
@@kimamey I wasn’t able to sleep for more than about 3 or 4 hours a night in Thailand (mattresses stuffed with hard plastic, no top sheet 😱) I wasn’t overweight and only 41 at the time - now it would be impossible!
@@mariawerner8447 It does depend what's in them and I've had some that were uncomfortable in cheap hotels. One in particular in Phayao, which is one of those you can rent by the hour, was ok when we first went there but got worse on subsequent visits. I think they may have restuffed the mattress but it wasn't the firmness so much as it was hard and lumpy
Just dump the mattress and buy a $1000 mattress Amortized over ten years, it is about $9 a month or $1 every three days 35 cents a day Have done this in Thailand Vietnam KSA and Tokyo I would do it anywhere I go for more than 3 years. You might spend 30% of your life in bed.

Wow, awesome condo! This video came up in my feed because I was considering teaching English in Thailand but I wasn't familiar with this city. I love the beach so this city seems like it would be a good fit. I'd love to hear more about other living expenses and maybe some culture shocks. I've never been to an Asian country. When looking for apartments in the States, a washer and dryer is usually essential so that makes me a little nervous that I might not find these there. Also, are all the apartments studios or do some have a separate bedroom? Studio apartments kind of make me feel like I'm living in a hotel but, other than that, this apartment is great! What you pay for in a year there, you could pay for in a month here (in certain states)! That's really sad (for us Americans).
Tonya great comment. To answer your questions yes they have all different sizes of condos here and I believe they even have 3 bedrooms. And you are right I paid less for the entire year here than I paid for 2 months with my house. Then when I got to Thailand I realized it is easier to find cheaper places when you are here. But if you really want to find a place before you come to thailand you could look at some Thailand property websites. There are property websites that can look for places for you. One is called Lazuda. Just tell them what you want and your price range and they will send you options. Good Luck

@Keith D Thanks for the comment 👍 😀 I thought I was the only one who now hates sand and beaches, great too know someone else who's the same . Yes I hope he makes it . But he's very young and living off his savings that won't last forever. Good luck 👍
Hi, I really love your condo. We're also looking to move where rents are cheap. This looks high end compared to a lot we've seen in South East Asia, and comfortable except for your mattress, but hard mattresses seem to be a thing in SEA. Could you tell us how you found this condo, what the cost for the utilities is, if the cleaning is included in the rent and aside from the wonderful view, are you located in an area with restaurants and grocery stores or local markets within walking distance? TIA
Hello and thanks, I found this condo because I was staying in a hotel down the street and I walked in and asked for a look. It was pure luck and blessing. The rent does not cover anything except the rent, there is no cleaning ladies for the rooms, and yes there are a lot of restaurants and shops and small stores like 7-11in walking distance. There is not a supermarket in the immediate area though. I will be making a video soon of the surrounding area.
Man !!!! I love it ! 280 USD per month !!!! WTF ! This is amazing. Thanks for showing us the reality ! By the way, how is internet speed ? What kind ? I work online and a stable optic fibre internet is a must... Let us know.
Hello again and thanks, yes I got a great deal, I will admit the prices have gone up a bit since I moved here because it is the tourist season in Thailand and prices and demand go up during tourist season. I a smaller condo like mine is about 100 dollars more a month now, still cheap compared to the US. The internet is good, there are different packages with different speeds you can get. They also do have fibre optic.
Hi Shawn, hope I spelled your name correctly. Congratulations on securing that very nice condo in Pattaya Thailand. As difficult it probably was to close your life in America, it looks like you made a great decision. Don't know if you plan to visit the Philippines but it seems like a lot of people really enjoy the Philippines as well. Just subscribed and wishing you all the best on your new adventures.
Beside Thailand, you can explore Taiwan as well. Rent and living expenses are quite reasonable there as well. Taipei is safe, cool and very convenient.
@@clairechen7169 This is the worse time to live in Taiwan when it's about to be used as Cannon fodder for the U.S against Mainland China. Unless you committing suicide. Taiwan and Okinawa will turn into complete rubble like ukraine but worse.
i wouldnt say Taipei is the coolest but it certainly is fairly cheap to live there. The coolest city in Taiwan i lived was Taichung (cheaper than the capital as well). I found Taipei to be more humid and rainy. Taichung sun all the time 😁
I'm coming to Thailand in April. As someone who lives in South Florida, I am absolutely shocked at the price of rent. I'm seriously debating renting a condo year-round or possibly buying one. Any tips on where to look or what real estate company to use while there? Thank you, love the vid!
Sean thanks buddy I appreciate that. One good place to check for rentals or buying a condo is Lazudi.com. There is also mypattayacondo.com. I am sure there are others but these are the ones I know about. Good luck
I am Thai. I recommend you to rent it and try different location like Samut, Ching Mai and Bangkok then you buy it later. If you are the UA-camr I recommend you to rent the small and cheap room and then you travel 77 provinces of Thailand to make the video and select the place you like.
@@sonthikan Hello I like your idea, I am already renting and I do plan to go to Phuket in April and Chiang Mai after that. I want to explore Thailand for a couple years. Thanks for the comment and watching my video:)
Your condo is very nice. Welcome to Pattaya. Take time to learn about the city and its people. Remember not only Thai people but also many foreigners from various countries live here. Don't be too crazy about the nighttime of Pattaya.
Hi - I’m Swedish and have travelled and lived all over the World. I visited Thailand in 2004 and am now considering going back as I work online. I’m curious as to how you have solved the visa/residence permit issue, as I know the requirements have got a lot more stringent for long term stays!
I'm very impressed by the indoors facilities! When I feel gloomy and engage in a bit of escapism, I often think about what I'll do when I've won a huge lottery ticket... and while it is hardly very serious, the features I'd have in my house once I'm a billionaire are basically a perfect match with what you get here: pool with view, jaccuzi, sauna, gym room, pool table, and ping-pong table..! The downside would be I'd feel like such an asshole if I devoted so many resources just to myself, and the insanity of having all this for one person would seriously bother me. But here, because so many people share, I am sure I would enjoy myself. The outdoors (that little seating group shown in the beginning of the video) and the apartment itself... were less enticing to me. But still good. All in all this, to me, simply is *incredible* value for $280 a month. At the moment I feel a bit like it might be time to actually think seriously about leaving the rat race behind and find a way to make life enjoyable. Moving to Thailand for sure would come with many new problems and challenges, but at first glance at least, it also seems like a real opportunity that I need to learn much more about.
IT is a lovely well furnished condo with plenty of features for a single person or even a couple and with all the facilities that you can enjoy and the fantastic views no wonder you ares so chuffed to show it..Do you sign up for a minimum period of rental ..Also are there any extra charges for renting the condo.Like electricity gas water and maintenance fees,,
Hi Shaun, we are looking at coming back to Thailand. Are there any other costs involved besides the rent? Also, we have heard bad reports about Pattaya - have you encountered any issues? We sold our house two years ago and did a world trip for a year, so looking to stay still for a while!! Any info would be appreciated, thanks Julie
Julie thanks for the great comment. That is awesome you were able to do a world trip. Something I would love to do. As far as other costs here, I pay water and electric and my cell phone and wifi bills besides my rent. but they are very cheap. I will be doing a total budget video soon so you can see the costs. I will say my biggest bill is food because I usually eat out twice a day but still very cheap compared to US Standards. I have now been here for a couple months and I have had no issues at all. All you will need is your passport and visa. Good luck :)
I lived in Pattaya in 1962. There were only dirt roads and no Condos or show there at that time. The 5 star Hotel that is there now, up on the hill, was where we lived. There were 5 houses that my dad's company bought along with a house that belonged to Singer Sewing Company. We went back as a family in 1996 and my heart broke. It is nothing but a red district. The people are the same as they were back in the day, loving, sweet, and kind. I used to know some Thai words but have forgotten most. We had to leave in 1963 because the Americans were moving into the town setting up housing because of the War. I believe the American men were the ones that changed the quiet town to what it is today.
This is insane. I can't even imagine what my wife and I could do in a place like this, after retirement. $280.00 a month is not even close to pay utilities on a Townhouse in NJ.
@@livebeforeyoudie9984 Yaaaa man. This is crazy. No wonder so many people just pack and go. Its just too much of an expense to survive is some states or countries. It take the life out of you. I showed my wife your video, that was something. We can live soooo comfortably in a place like this, no joke. Thank you for posting this.
Im living 20 years in Thailand at diferent locations, condos and houses. I like the facilities of the building and the studio is perfect for a single and also for a couple by that price. Cheaper than 280$ are older. Right now i live at Pattaya as well, but far from the beach in a house. At the golf players area. With wife i prefer my house and area, single your studio 🤪
@@livebeforeyoudie9984 in this area not much, only from the end of 2019 and we live far from the city. Take a look at the Siam Country Club area, Map Prachan Lake, etc. Is very quiet and nice.
Love it. All of those amenities for $280 US a month..can't beat that. I'd pay that just for access to that pool and its views. $280 won't get you more than a few nights at a motel 6 in the states these days. It's time to get my money to stretch further. I'm getting my passport ready. Great vid 👍
I just had a recent fear of never living before I die. And now I find your channel. I will have to tune in. Too busy now, but I'll get around to it. I sure do not like the thought of living luxuriously though. I am presently reading Henry David Thoreau's Walden Pond at the moment; when I have the time.
Loved the video. Thailand looks like paradise. It also looks a lot like Florida in more than one way so that would help me from being home sick. 280 U.S dollars for that! Cant beat that! Holy smokes!!! Where were you living in the US? If you don't mind me asking.
I love this video. If i didn't have my young son, I would be there in a minute. Good move on your part. The USA hasn't changed and I feel the same way you did when you moved. Thanks for sharing. I love your decorating.
Great viewing......First video I watched here. Do you or will you have videos on EVERY little thing a US citizen would need to know to live here on SS. Passports,,,,travel expense to visit kids in US...or should they move to. Do you need property in US to receive SS in another country...so yeah Banking. I guess no matter how nice it seems there are many scary questions for the newby//older of us. Thanks so much!
Hello and thank you, my channel is only 4 months old but I will do my best to show everything I learn with my videos and answer any questions you might have. I will answer some of your questions now, No you do not need to have land in the US to receive SS, You just need to keep your US citizenship and pay your taxes. To get your retirement Visa you need to make around 1700 a month OR put around 24,000 dollars into a Thai bank account. And banking is the same here as the US. Passport are easy you just renew every 10 years. As far as the kids that would be something you will have decide what works for you and your family. Good luck:)
I just came across your channel by chance and you have made a fantastic argument to leave New Jersey and move there. I wish you all the best. We share a similar attitude towards life. Just wanted to say that's for keeping it real with us. How much would you say that people have to earn per month to have a good life in Thailand? Not luxury. Just everything that people need.
I think a less frugal single could live quite nicely on the 50K baht a month that my family lives on,
And I think that someone that likes to go out every night could also do that on 50K ranging up to 100K plus a month depending on where you go and how much you party!!
Also, I am in Chiang Mai which is way cheaper than Bangkok or Phuket.
Probably add 30-50% for those places!!!

this was my first watch on your channel and I am very impressed. I loved how you take the time to pan out the environment. I really got a full sense of what to expect. Thoroughly enjoyed this and looking forward to more. Will you be covering ideal night spots in Pattaya as well?
I retired in Thailand 3 years ago at age 28 and love it here. I give some pretty good tips

This is beautiful for the price! The small kitchen wouldn't bother me since I'm not into cooking. The views and amenities are great! And you've done a good job personalizing it a bit and increasing some storage.
Very thorough and well presented tour. I can’t believe how cheap it is 👍
You can find cheap in Pattaya due to the huge oversupply and low demand, take your time and be prudent
Hello and thanks:)
So beautiful your room and nice option condo.😮🎉
I worked in a male state prison in the US where I caught a virus and now have a chronic heart condition. I retired earlier than I would have liked but it forced me to reevaluate my life. Living abroad has always been something I’d love to do. Thank you for the very inspirational video. I may actually do it at some point as I’m very disgusted with the state of the USA. I also feel the cost of living in the states is horrible. Keep doing what you are doing! ❤️🙂
Hello, that is a crazy story, it is shocking to hear about how many people have never been the same after getting sick. If you are now retired and you dream of travel or living abroad I would definately recommend checking out different places to see if it is for you. I have no regrets on my decision to move. Good luck:)
I agree the states is now the matrix
Nice building, nice layout for a studio and great amenities. I can eat cheap in Thailand and don't drink or have health problems. I believe I could get by just fine on 1000$ a month over there. My plan is to buy a similar condo in jomtien so I'll never need to worry about rent. Great video, I hope you stick around! I'll be in Pattaya Jan 25th for about a month...
Thanks Daniel I will see you then:)
Great video. Did you use a real estate agent to find your condo? Thanks
Yes wondering how you found it too ? Be helpful to know thanks
beautiful apartment. Amazing price. Couple questions: how noisy is the condo? And what is the weather like in Pattaya?
Hello the noise level is not bad. Occasionally I will hear things outside. The weather is like most tropical places, it is usually warm and humid.
Instant subscribe! This is a great apt video after horrible ones from other UA-camrs claiming expensive condos in THAILAND from foreigners 😤 Makes zero sense. But this is spot on price versus quality. Thanks for allowing us in your home this is amazing. I’m currently in Colombia and pay 4x what you do for LESS quality and days away from the nearest beach.
Hello Luis and thank you, Great comment by the way, The wifi is good but you have to buy your own, I got the basic wifi package for 17 dollars a month.
Congrats to you... I think we have almost the exact same storyline. I, was in your same position, and had a home in Arizona, where it looks like yours is the same exact style as mine was... retired, Busted up from my marriage, and I moved to the Dominican Republic, 3 years ago at 50... I took a trip to pataya, last September, and I'm going back in 18 days to seriously consider a move there... I was impressed, THAT much. I'll be there 45 days, to be solid, on my decision to make the move... I'm going to stay in the Pratumnak area this time, just to get a feel for it..good luck to you
You will love Pratumnak close to Jomtein Beach pleanty of things to do and out of the Hassle & Bustle of pattaya I love it there.
Did the same thing 3 months ago. Arrived here in Jomtien 10 days ago. A retirement visa is the way to go. Let us know when you are in town.
You are totally stylin'. Gorgeous condo with ocean views. I mean what's not to like? I hear the local markets are full of good, inexpensive fare as well. With prices rising like crazy here in Vancouver it's not gonna be too long before I decide to hop on a jumbo and join ya. Also I've been watching other viddies similar to yours and pretty much every one talks about how friendly the Thai people are. Guess I'm talking myself right into a new life in SE Asia!!!
Thanks Tom, I appreciate that
This condo with all those facilities in Vancouver would be CAD 800k to 900k. Add 1 million CAD for sunshine lol. Plus atleast 600 Cad per month condo fees. Vancouver is a rip off.
Rent would be atleast 2800 Cad per month with no sunshine 8 months.
I rent some land northern sunshine coast 700 a month :)
But yes, rent doubles in BC every few years!
Great video your resident condo is absolutely beautiful way to go. 🫶🏼
Youve done really well, Im considering becoming a digital nomad or teaching English (did a tesol course), well done and all the very best
Thailand is absolutely gorgeous! You can live in luxury in a lot of cities for a very cheap price, and the fruits and vegetables there are sooooooooo delicious! You can even get high-end silk here for dirt cheap. I’m so glad you’re enjoying yourself.
Hello ,Jennifer I can tell you have been to Thailand before. You are right about the fruits and vegetables, Thank you for the positive comment:)

Which Visa did you get? If you could make a video discussing your Visa situation and how much it cost that would be great
Easy peasy
Good for you man ! I'm kinda jealous. I've been to Pattaya a few times while in the Navy but, I would really like to go back to Thailand and visit Koh Chang, Chang Mai, Hua Hin, Koh Sumoi. The food is incredible and the people are all so friendly and polite and helpful. Like I said, good on ya !

You should definately come back and do some exploring. Cheers
Just moved from Pattaya last month .. We are in the Rayong area now ... But for the last 2 years we were in Pattaya and it was an amazing time! But now since everyone is back its just way to crazy! To many people ... I am sure you been to Koh Larn by now but for that last 2 years that has been our favorite island to go to since it was nice a quiet lol Enjoy the thai life and hope that you get to explore more of Thailand :)
Hello Lance and Ying, It is nice to hear from you. Yes Pattaya has definitely gotten busier, I heard it gets busy during parts of the year and then slows down again. We will see. I have never been to Koh Larn, I have heard it is beautiful. Thanks for the comment, and I subscribed to your channel:)
All so got once not ten times 😢
Hello and thanks for the advice:)
I finally got to Pattaya last year. I past by your condo every morning on the way to get coffee. I think we’re gonna move up to BuriRam in the next couple years. I’m in country only about 2-3 months a year currently but miss Thailand more every time I’m back in the states. I stayed down in Krabi area for years then started coming to BKK after all my friends moved during Covid.
Maybe I’ll run into you some day. I could live there with no problem.

Really inspirational videos. The first one you posted sounded like you were describing my life. Congratulations on your move. I’m in the process of doing the same. “Escaping one’s mundane life”. Although I’m keeping my remote job as a safety net. I might see around Pattaya 😁.
Hey Travolta, I want to say thank you so much for the kind words and for watching my videos. yes if you can have a remote job while you travel that would be great, I did not have that luxury so I had to leave it all, and I definitely do not regret my decision. great to hear you will be coming to Pataya, I think you will like it here.
Wow what a deal, you have me seriously considering leaving the Philippines and heading to Thailand when my lease is up!
Thai infrastructure is way better than the Phil. The benefit if you wish to call it one is more Filipinos speak English. Outside of that Thailand is better from hospitals, no power outages, no jeepneys and the list goes on. Head to Thailand it’s fun as well
@@edwardlawler9487 Yeah I live in a place called Bonifacio global city or BGC as they call it in Manila. So not experiencing any blackouts and Jeepneys can’t come into this area.
I just paid my electric and water and cell phone service and it was a total of 60 dollars, Wifi was 17 dollars. And you can usually get a washer in most places and there are always laundry facilities in the area you can do your clothes if you have to. Good luck:)
Take your clothes to the Laundry. They will do it all. Collect next day. Very, very cheap.

Love it. All of those amenities for $280 US a month..can't beat that. I'd pay that just for access to that pool and its views. $280 won't get you more than a few nights at a motel 6 in the states these days. It's time to get my money to stretch further. I'm getting my passport ready. Great vid 👍
Coach thank you for your comment; I am glad my video has inspired you to travel. Keep me posted on your trip:)
Beutiful condo, congratulations! I hope to retire there soon as well!!
Carlos thank you for your comment:)
Thank you for sharing this video . ❤ wish I could move there.
Thanks for your comment:)
Thanks for the info. I'm considering taking the leap!
I just had a recent fear of never living before I die. And now I find your channel. I will have to tune in. Too busy now, but I'll get around to it. I sure do not like the thought of living luxuriously though. I am presently reading Henry David Thoreau's Walden Pond at the moment; when I have the time.
David thank you for your comment:)
Loved the video. Thailand looks like paradise. It also looks a lot like Florida in more than one way so that would help me from being home sick. 280 U.S dollars for that! Cant beat that! Holy smokes!!! Where were you living in the US? If you don't mind me asking.
Hello and thank you for the comment. I am actually from Clovis California. Lived there most of my adult life:)
I love this video. If i didn't have my young son, I would be there in a minute. Good move on your part. The USA hasn't changed and I feel the same way you did when you moved. Thanks for sharing. I love your decorating.
Daniel, thanks buddy:)
Our time on Earth is brief. Enjoy each day like it's your last. Because one day, it will be. Continued blessings my friend!!
Hello I want to thank you for the great comment:)
I really like the name of your channel …So appropriate. It takes considerable intestinal fortitude to do what you are doing.I hope you get a huge subscriber base, but it will take time. Wish you all the best and I will continue to follow you

Excellent condo, and a great price! I live just to the south of you in Pratumnak, almost to Pattaya Tower, and pay a bit less than you at around $255 usd for a very similar sized unit. Best place I've ever lived. Been here for almost 10 years now.
Hello Neighbor, it sounds like you got a great deal on a condo also. Thanks for reaching out:)
Very nice, I visited July 23, now I'm ready to return and stay, excellent price. Thanks
Hello I can see why you want to stay in Thailand, thanks for the comment:)
wow, what value, I doubt I can get anything like that here in Latam. And I know its much safer there too. Cool insight
Thanks for the comment:)
❤WOW SO VERY AWESOME THATS MY DREAM. Our home in us is valued at Just under $200,00 for land and 3 bedroom 3bath home. I would much rather live somewhere like that in a small condo with that view then live here. ❤️ you sure did get lucky 🍀 with that deal.
Hello Lisa and thank you, Yes I also had an amazing home in the US that I sold to pursue a life outside of the US. It was a good trade off for me and I do not have any regrets. Thanks for watching:)
