Beautiful place stunning view great facilities, in a nice quiet area. Almost perfect, for me I would prefer a 1 bedroom, rather than a studio despite the size
The View Talay condo's are great. A little older but really well built and great management, security etc. The Jomtien Beach Condominium a bit further down is also good.
Thanks for the effort Daz, you definitely deserve a coffee or beer, you saved me time looking at these condos, they are way overpriced and somewhat dated in the design. Cheers
Thanks Daz. The second one was my favourite. Great view of the ex-plot of Made-in at 13:22 with Tree Town behind, so a good location. Whether you want that much space even on a one month holiday is a personal thing. Lots of space and a good location though at the same price as a 3 to 4 star hotel. I cant wait to get back but I am probably going to have to. Can't wait to get back.
Central Festival is right next door. Everything you could ever need in walking distance. I really like the room with the surround sound. I could see myself waking up early to watch America football. Great deal at about 40 dollars a day.👍👍

Get on VT7 Jomtien, absolutely superb Daz. I’ve stayed at VT6, location is spot on but you’ll pay more here. I was staying here for 3 months about 8 yrs ago when some poor American lad threw himself off the Top Floor ( 27th ) onto the front of the Swimming Pool, I heard the thud from the 13th Floor Condo I was in, hell of a sound. After the Police had sorted it all out, the Staff cleaned the scene up and the Pool was reopened about four hours later if that, people swimming with little bits of this guy still getting into the water, absolutely crazy but TIT!! Monks came next day to perform a Ceremony.
nice but 1475 a day (~$1235 US for a month)+ water and elect. and 1 mth deposit. meh. I may be cheap, but I would expect a decent discount for staying at a hotel for 1 month so factor that into comparison.
I like the first room with 2 bathroom and modern inside. Yes the price is expensive for one month, but the location it's so comfortable and the view amazing. My choice it's between view talay 6 and grand avenue.
You can rent it for around 32 000 baht / month until end of november but maybe i will go there in october so then it will occupied (condo 91sqm with sea view)
Nice places and very spacious for 1 bdrm. Bit pricey at 45k for Pattaya. Then again since it's on 2nd road and has beach access. Just not getting the sizes, they look bigger then most ive seen, but they don't quite seem to be 91-105 sqm. Maybe I'm wrong. Either way, thanks much for sharing.
Looks like all the Cheap Charlies are at it again Daz - 100+sqm and high with great views - VT6 has always been a great standard especially for a rental. By my calculations 1 month here = 1 week in the Hilton ( not that the Cheap Charlies have ever been of course, they get their "bargain" in the LK dumps ). AND its great benefit is you have choices to chill and relax yet still right smack bang in the centre of the action - dont even need a bhat bus. Oh yes, most importantly, the chikkies LOVE the place. If anyone thinks here is a rip off then try The Edge for shoe box living at a similar price.
There are other agents at VT6 that will rent for shorter than a month. I've stayed there for a few days and enjoyed it. I loved how close it is to Central Festival mall.
Everything is great. However, in Thai standard, it’s too expensive. With a bit of work, you can find the similar accommodation with the half of the price. The sale price of the unit is also over the roof. This is Thailand, not Newcastle, let alone London.
If you consider the price of 45,000 / 30 days, you get 1,500 baht per day, so that is far better than a high end hotel room! Really there is room for 4 people if they offered a guest bed, or two single beds too! Two couples or a family with 2 kids! I have stayed in hotels ranging from 3-4,000 baht per night and about 60sqm room only! So this represents better value than a hotel if 1 month is what you want!
Watched the first video and texted them for 3 months from 19/01/2023. Advised no 1 bedroom available and best price for studio 33000 per month. Would prefer 1 bed accommodation. Enjoy the videos and good info.
The prices are very inflated for Pattaya. Best to check out a lot of the rental sites and see what people are saying on the forums. Before the lock downs I would stay in Pattaya for a month. But now a few days in a hotel is enough, and then on to the islands, as it isn't up to the old standard.

Both units are a bit pricey but are both quite outstanding in value (Its a great place if you wanna bring back 2 ladies😋😋. Oh is there a fee to bring back a lady ? ). I have seen other reviews on air b&b and have heard that some units in this block have no view what so ever because of the central shopping centre . A lovely condo but both the rental and the purchase price is just way over priced. Crazy at 45,000 baht. I could buy 2 luxury villas with a pool for 11 or 10 million baht. There are many more much cheaper condos in Pattaya admittedly not as large.
I wonder if they would adjust the rate if I did a six-month or a one-year lease? 45,000 baht a month is good if you’re just going to be here for one month but I live here.

Hi, Can you please tell the ST and LT prices of "Hedonism Bar" of Soi 7 ?
Sorry, I don't know, but the bar doesn't set ST and LT prices, it's always up to the girl.
