I love how smart Thais are over Americans in understanding the word "maintenance". I see the grass is being watered, no weeds and all green. That's maintenance. Here in US, dumb Americans thnk mainteance means mowing 2x a week even though grass is mixed with weed and lots of bald spots leaving dust blowing everywhere when mowing.
So true, same as Aus - here staff are constantly cleaning and keeping the facilities spotless 👍
is a nice area there and lovely indeed very much so in Australia you would pay over 800 to 900 a week if your lucky so in Thailand you can live cheap up to the individual and what people can afford jason lovely.
Nice little place your friend James has. Looks like plenty of space for a single guy or a couple. The views from the balcony are absolutely killer. If I didn’t to eat or want to swim I could live on the balcony. Nice job James, two things up…!!!

Keys are far easier and more reliable. The pads break down all the time

Thanks David, we are both in different positions financially but happy to be out of Australia where the cost of living is out of control In capital cities and I personally am over working in the corporate sales environment and just need some time out! A redundancy has offered me time to just relax in Thailand for a while 😁

Great condo ! The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning !!! Ok: for Thailand/Pattaya this condo is not cheap, but compared to prices here in Frankfurt/Germany 11.500.000 THB sound almost ridiculously cheap !!! 😂Only downside: Wongamat is a bit far from central Pattaya and Pattaya Beach.
8 minutes from my car park in Wongamat to Central Festival by scooter, closer to Pattaya than Jomtien
Million bucks aussie jason hard to find a place in Australia on the beach you would have to hunt around,only thing High end joints are not selling in asia just depends if you have the money or not that is the big point.

Hi Jason, Great Video. Even if this apartment is out of your budget its great to see what you can get for 48,000 Baht a month. In the video you said you got a portable router for your internet. Was this 4 or 5G. I am moving to Pattaya in 1 months time and will need to get a portable Wifi Router. Any info on this would be great.
Hi Craig, firstly a massive thank you for your support via PayPal on Christmas Day, I treated myself to a nice lunch, thank you. Yeah the router is 4G Hi-Speed and works perfectly, got it from the True store in Terminal 21, paid 1000 baht for the router and pay 300 baht per month on a 3 month contract and can just keep paying that after 3 months.
