Thailand has made it illegal to rent for less than 30 days. You can probably find an owner willing to risk renting short-term, but I follow and respect Thai laws as Hua Hin is my future home.
The sale price is negotiable, but open to consider a "rent to own" agreement for foreigners looking for a way to finance the property without paying cash upfront.

I’m a golfer so it’s a great location. I walk to the beach every morning when I’m there, and Kao Takiab is safer for riding my electric kick scooter to go everywhere so it’s just a feeling of freedom there for me. This area is getting more popular.

I will be moving to Hua Hin in December this year (2024). Selling my home here in Florida. I will need a pet friendly condo, I have a cat. I will probably need to buy. Under 350,000. As close to ocean as possible in my price range. Is there a number I can call when I get there to set up viewings? I will be paying cash. I am older, retired female.

I have three condos for sale and the most expensive is about 200k USD. For 250k-350k your going to be able to buy an incredible place.

If you mean specifically for the Pine then I can ask if any are available. I’m sure they exist, just a matter of if they are available for rent since the high season is coming.

@retireinhuahin Thanks for your quick reply. I am not specifically "bound" to the Pine, could be any comparable complex in that area. like the autumn you already showed. Just more space. For short term they are ok, but for actually living a bit more space is essential

12k will be very hard to do near the ocean. This unit goes down to 15k for 12+ months, and it’s already rented until Jan 15th. I can ask if a few friends can recommend a place for 12k I know there are good ones for 12k.

There is a dual-electric stove which is the standard in Thailand and a microwave. No oven, its very rare to see an oven in Thailand.

There is a laundromat less than 100 meters away. You can do your own, but it’s so cheap to have a laundromat do your laundry that it’s worth having them do it while you go eat or get a massage, etc.
