I really love these two-story duplex designs. I especially love the option of the office area in the second unit. I would place a grand piano and desk in that area. My only complaint about these units is, I didn't see any balcony's on the upper floors, perhaps I am wrong. Second con was the pool was tiny. These are among the most beautiful and workable designs I've seen !

Amazing Lofts, Location in the map would be informative too, Pool is lets say ok, missing a fency gym .... The price jump from one bed to two is significant
Hello Aris, the whole complex is still under construction. Pool renovations and gym still being worked on. I will see about making another video of this property once everything is complete. As for the price jump from one bedroom to two, it's part of living in Pattaya. A two bedroom will always be significantly more. Thanks for watching! 👍

The unit called a one bedroom is like a studio loft and the two bedroom is like a one bedroom with loft area. I did not see a balcony there. I assume this property is down the road that goes along the Rampho Market along with all the other developments behind it. One might want a scooter to get around from that location or a car. The only problem is, if you want to go to the toilet in the middle of the night, you have to walk down the stairs, and for that reason I’m out
