Good morning Bobby, and Brad. Fabulous informative video as always. Just wanted you to know that I did try to sign up for thrive market last month, but ended up canceling an hour later. Why? Cause no company should need you to join, and pay before viewing what they have or their prices. Website wasn't easy to find what I see you purchase. So it was more aggravating. Wondering since they sponsor your videos, maybe you can put it out there. Just a thought. Please, and thank you. 🙂
I’m with you. I get having to join to order. But to look at the product offerings and prices, to read their terms of service and how things work? That’s insane and I won’t do it. I’m amazed at the number of people who do. I wouldn’t even join a warehouse until I’d walked around the stores so I could decide which one fit my needs better.

The pens also stink. They are an aggressive salmon and will go after Pacific salmon if they are not caged. We had a pen break north of Puget Sound, and many escaped which caused a lot of havoc. Our governor got involved after this happened in Washington state.

Great video. Where are all the links you mentioned would be "below"?
Yeah where are those links?
Lol boomer tech
Thanks for the tips! Your Whole Foods videos are ALWAYS my favorite!! 👍
A video on best organic hair shampoo??
I recommend “Sukin”
try rye flour
Thank you so much for this education. Love your product reviews!!
Me too!
Great video, Bobby! Was wondering, in regards to Vitamin C, what are your thoughts about Liposomal Vitamin C?
I heard it's the only Vc works
Please share anti aging and anti inflammatory for vegetarians and vegan friendly
Can you put the link for the green tea? Thanks
solid cake check out Light of Day Organic Tea Farm for great loose leaf green tea.
Zen's Tea House has alot of organic loose leaf tea I used to work there year back and I still advocate people to try because loose leaf is 10x better.
As for the bone broth if it's Rose Recommended, that's even higher than Bobby Approved :-)
What about avocado oil? You can not use extra virgin olive oil for cooking at higher temps. It has a lower smoking point.
Where's the Amazon link for the tea?
Passionate Herbs check out Light of Day Organic Tea Farm for great tasting loose tea. I love their blueberry tea!
@@margaretcameron1275 Thank you. I'm all about organic everything. However, I went to their website and 3.75 oz of Earl Grey tea is $44 dollars. That's insane.
Numi is one of the best teas out there , it is my absolute favorite, and they do sell 1 pound loose tea leaves on their website or on Amazon.
Love the video! I buy VivaNaturals Vitamin C however, will switch when this bottle is gone! Thank You for all that you do to educate me!!
Are you a nutritionist/dietitian or just a guy who lives at the grocery store? Just curious because there's no links in the description citing where you got the nutrition info and I was wanting to know the sources and read up on it more myself.
@Violett Fem And most brands made IN CHINA. GET VITAMIN C FROM REAL FOOD.
You can do your own research and find the facts he speaks of. Dr Berg. Dr Berry.
@Violett Fem
Do a bit of research. If you’re just taking copper, you’re likely throwing off your zinc...
He is neither a nutritionist or dietitian. I believe he has a degree in some financial related field. Much of his information comes from the Environmental Working Group, which is an organization closely tied to the organic food industry and has been widely criticized for it’s biased publications.
@@Jay-xw6hr I suspected as much. Some of the info is good, but some I question. He always says things so matter of fact, which seems misleading.
Thanks for the response, Jay.
As for anti aging, and you mentioning, Collagen. Might consider the the benefits of Diatomaceous Earth (food grade), and it's amazing benefits.
Then as for bone broth. Studies have shown that beef tends to benefit ones exterior structure. As chicken tends to benefit ones internal structure.
Diatomaceous Earth, would be a cool name for a band

I don't see the links for vitamins you talked about on Thrive. Thanks!
It's the Thrive Market one with 25 percent off
@@patriciaburch6471 I already have the membership, wondering which vitamin d and zinc he's recommending.
Thank you so much for these videos so much great information.
I didn't see the green tea from Amazon link? Can I know the name, please! Love this channel, TY!
Sandra check out Light of Day Organic Tea Farm. They have great loose tea in several flavors.
As always Bobby.. you guys are awesome!! TY
Could you do a video on Shampoo and Conditioner? The information out there is confusing and convoluted. I cannot find any brands, online or in store, that do not contain sulfates, silicone, or formaldehyde. Thank You.
Acura and hibar are good, I use them.
Thanks for all the very helpful info.
Bobby, if Ascorbic acid is not bioavailable, why does pharmacy and hospital recommend it for supplements?🙁
Right?!

Bobby can you review the protein bar isle of whole foods? There are about 20 types all from 1.5 to 3 dollars. When I am travelling often out of convenience I tend to buy them. I would like to know which one you would recommend
Thank you for nutrition video, more important for 95 year of age woman.
Not seeing the tea link.
I'd like to see a video on Atlantic salmon. They are horrible. They are raised in pens in filthy salt water from all the fish poop they swim in, and fed antibiotics. The pens also stink. They are an aggressive salmon and will go after Pacific salmon if they are not caged. We had a pen break north of Puget Sound, and many escaped which caused a lot of havoc. Our governor got involved after this happened in Washington state.
Hi, can I get the tea link please?
Check out Light of Day Organic Tea Farm for great tasting loose teas. I love the blueberry.
Ty for sharing and God bless 🙌 🙏
I would love to do bone broth, but how do you get past the taste ? I was shocked the first time I tried it ! 😣
The warmer the better, its definetly an acquired taste!
Just add pepper to it together with Miso.
You have amazing knowledge, thank you
Best anti aging food is broccoli sprouts. No it’s not the same as broccoli. They are sprouts. Dr. Rhonda on joe Rogan. You can use a sprout jar and make it urself. Very easy. Has high amount of sulforaphane.
I agree and Rhonda seems like a nutritional genius. I really have to pay attention when she talks cause she talks fast and in depth but she knows what she's talking about.
Can you do a video what foods are good for lowering cholesterol?
Hi Bobby 👋 and Brad!!!
Are eggs and other foods high in cholesterol and saturated fats ok if cholesterol is too high and trying to lower it?
The best deals for Ghee are Indian food stores. I don’t know why you don’t ever mention that
I bought some Ghee.... don’t laugh but when would I use it? In place of EVOO?
Indian store ghee is not cultured.
@@kellybruce4762 use it instead of oil while cooking food. If you are doing a coating on top of food, melt it and add to food.
I make my own ghee - can’t stomach the prices at these big chain stores
Cuz they shit in the ghee
Thank you for the great video! I buy my tea online. Arbor Tea sells organic teas loose leaf teas, including Jasmine, Earl Grey, etc.
WAIT YOUR 43 !!!?? 😧 I assumed you were like 31 or 32
This is what a healthy diet does for you 😁
He looks A LOT Younger than he actually is
@Flow :0 many people would love to look at least 10 years younger what do you mean??
I thought he was in his late 40's early 50's
Love your channel. QUESTION: a lot of cake mix, baking products request Vegetable oil. Can I substitute another oil? What kind?
A little too much Thrive market (promo link, 25%, free gift...) plug. I get they’re the sponsor, but...
You have to pay $60 for a yearly "membdrship" before you can order. I declined and they dropped it to $40. Nope. Nothing I need to order to pay $40
On the other hand, Bobby is giving you lots of excellent info for free. And he has an entire library of videos you can watch! Seems like a pretty small price to pay. 🤷🏼♀️
@@Lucinda_Jackson Ok Well you can buy my membership if it's such a small price to pay. Funny how he never mentioned the "fee" to join...it was a mess canceling it. And then they wanted to negotiate!!! It should be disclosed if your promoting it!!
@@Daisy_982
What in the world are you talking about? You were complaining that you felt there were too many plugs for Thrive and I pointed out that sitting through a couple of minutes of sales hype for Thrive was a small price to pay for watching Bobby. Who said ANYTHING about the cost of Thrive’s membership? LOL I don’t have a membership because I took one look and saw it was too much. If you fell for it, that’s on you. Not my fault and not Bobby’s. They make it crystal clear.
@@Lucinda_Jackson Your comment was confusing. You seem to imply that the membership fee was a small price to pay for the opportunity to have Thrive. In no place on his video does he mention a fee. Its not that big a deal, MOVE ON.
I was reading if you have digestion issues it's hard to absorb collagen, is that true because I have stomach issues, can you please help, I have no gallbladder and I really need help with food, thank you, I watch you all the time.
Every flax seed that doesn’t get thoroughly chewed passes untouched through your digestive system.
Yeah, I thought he would have known and mentioned that.
Get ground flaxseed or powder. I never eat the seeds anymore.
Bobby, what’s the best no solid oil to use for baking? Also what is the best wheat, as I hear our wheat is horrible. Sweetener? Best everything for baking? Thank you! ❤️
