Stambecco gang!
How am I the first one? Also maybe a T-Series video? I think it would be good, just a thought.
Also stambecco in some random language means Ibex
I have a quastion, can you tell me name of the off road map you were showing, not the sand one?
@@MrBarca11 Jungle Rock Island
it's unfortunate that most online players would rather modify their vehicle into a rocket ship and send it down the highway until they get bored than put together some off road vehicles and go off roading lol
Just done a 4 and half hour crawl with some randoms on Johnson valley NZ servers was honestly the best experience in gaming I’ve had in years all taking good proper off-road lines proper tuning with the final drives and all the goody stuff hopefully I’ll see you on there my names nodman17 🫡
Beam is really good at most things, especially off-roading, but it does need better ai when it comes to racing, they normally don't stay on the track. A track mode for the ai would be really cool!
@@TalksWithNoise Yea that's what I'm saying, it would be really nice if we had a mode that let the ai actually do a lap
Not just that ,there should be a system where they have difficulty level ,like the ai predicts whats the best way to take a corner instead of us having to set it up ourselves and instead all we need to do is set the checkpoints and boom, a race
@@nerfgodbigguy1405 that's literally what my point was but okay
@@apgde i wasnt trying to copy, i just developed your point
@@nerfgodbigguy1405 yea I know, I'm glad people understand, maybe we will get the devs attention and they will add it :)
I think BeamNG is the best game for offroading, because of how the suspension and literally everything else too is modelled so well and it behaves realistically.
@@TalksWithNoise I might be stupid but what is ground displacement? 😂
@@theoneandonlyparsa exactly what it sounds like, when tires go over mud or any other material it affects it, such as creating permanent tire tracks in a trench
@@theoneandonlyparsaso uk how the car reacts to forces, like they do in real life, bending, crumple physics, stuff breaking, suspension moving etc etc.... Imagine the same but for things in the map. Maybe, digging the dirt if you wheelspin too much, something like that ig
@@TakumisBizarreRacingAdventure You mean interactable terrain? Alright, Well yeah that would be pretty good
It would be if devs added particles on the car and environmental deformation
off-roading in beam is almost as slept on as your channel u deserve more views
Fr bro
Offroading in beamng would go crazy if it had terrain deformation like snowrunner
rock climbing in beam is the best way to showcase beamNG's suspension IMO,
Only thing i do is offroading and crawling
such a fun thing to do
When I saw the off road preview, I thought that the developers added dynamic dirt to the game, but it turned out that it was not... But I think that the developers are preparing something interesting!
i hope your channel get famous soon! Your videos are amazing!
There are cars that let you feel every bump in the road if you're driving fast but they don't tell you what the car is doing at all. Then other cars tell you exactly what it's doing but it feels like you are riding on cloud.
They really need proper dirt simulation and ground deformation for mud offroading to be actually great. Now most offroading is about rock crawling and that just doesn't work for me. Here in Russia offroading is all about going through dirt and mud, so I hope to see that done better.
Actually my dream game is a mix of Snowrunner gameplay and gound sim with BeamNG vehicle sim.
I love this, I started playing Beam Mp a while ago and found the regular off-roading cars weren't doing it for me. So I built and modified some of my own and now I have a nice handful of off-roading cars for any situation in any car. Its so much fun when you find other people also offroading and then you have a convoy of vehicles going through rocky mountains in Johnson or difficult trails in Utah. I have made some friends this way and learned how all the different ways tuning works and made some off-roading trophy truck level beasts. Subscribed and cant wait to see all the future content you make!
That moment when you want to play Snowrunner with Beamng physics :) would be awesome
Beamng is already great, just add 10x better optimization for potato’s and in general and then it will be a gem, probably improve the UI and make the game more simple
Love you videos! You're by far one of my favorite Beam creators. Every aspect of BeamNG is unique and you could play it for hours upon end and still not experience everything this game has to offer, its a unique experience everytime you play.
is it just me or that i get scared whenever i get something like 'engine damaged' when offroading?
il get my new laptop and il have the same problems lol
Beamng is just The best game ever
fr
I'm really glad to stumble upon this channel you ideally explain & elaborate what BeamNG Drive is about
"build a vehicle you can relate to"
me who built a d15 off road truck
maxed out i6, locker diffs the shortest variant you can get, basically a 2 door SUV,
its a early model d series, atleast thats what the body is, also all the damn lights imaginable
edit: also, forgot to say
the fact that tire/road noise is a thing is a nice touch, you got big 44's with a tread depth measured in whole ass inches? it gonna be a noisy ride at 60 mph on the road
also, truck has a snorkle, big ol' range antenna, 2 of the things, yeah get stuck in trees, yes its got truck nuts, brush guards on the tail lights, a big ol' guard in the front, double roll bars with bed roll bars, and a roll cage and internal roll cage
basically, this thing has all the freakin roll barige possible, it looks silly with that many bars but hey, its stronk as shit thats for sure.
spotlights too
I just done some serious offroading in beamng with a friend, that was pretty fun. We we're both in LeGrans, it was fun. I had to full send a creek to "wrench" my friend who got stuck
I hope to get the game soon. I searched up off-road beamng videos, and this was the only thing that I could find that I was looking for. Thanks. I hope they add more trails to the game.
Your videos are the best Talks! I almost want to jump in a Prius with you are hit some off-road trails in Beam!
i only offroad in beam ng with great mods its amazing way more real than snowrunner. i hope they improve it more
nice video! so much more could be said about beam physics it may take hours! its a shame most people don't realize that and just crash their car
me playing beamng: where were going we dont need roads.
Damping, not dampening!
@@TalksWithNoise yeah I've played probably less than 2 minutes of tf2 in my life, it was the best engineer picture I found tho, back when the "the engineer" meme was popular with videos of people fixing TVs by punching them
Great video, well explained on the 4WDing but it's ever growing slowly and slowly as there still is the 4x4 community still building up
Amazing bro love your content best beamtuber in this hood
Its crazy how good your videos are yet you have 7.5k subscribers
Very expressive work
First time viewer, nice and clean content! Well done 👍🏼
I really love all the videos I've watched about the game and I could see myself having fun for many hours with the game, sadly with my current situation can't really get the game, pc i have but the game's tad high on it's price :/
Soon TM I'll hopefully be able to get it. Awesome vid 💙🖤🤍
Congrats on a year since your channel has been created !
I love offroading my custom d35! Mostly on the rock island, but it is so sad seing 3-5 people on the server meanwhile other are always full
Keep up the amazing work 👍👍
bet this video is going to blow up
quick tip to massively improve graphics, press f11 search in the left window sunsky, click on it, on the righ window go to sky brightness and change it to 120-140, go to brightness and change it to 3-5 (for west coast usa cky brightness 15-30 brightness 1-4) then change the time to sunset or sunrise
great video!
Thank you
me still waiting for the utility update:
me still waiting for the old cannon remaster:
Couldn't agree more
now we need rain for slippery rocks and stuff
Tbh I love the idea of offroading in BeamNG, but the lack of any kind of reactions OUTSIDE the vehicle... really kill it. I still prefer offroading in Snowrunner by FAR. Its just not even a contest. If the devs could even add basic things like dirt/mud/water splashes on your vehicle, raindrops, and temperature reactions... then it could be interesting. We also need deeper mud than what we currently have. Obviously I cant expect the same physical mud system that the runner series has coined, but if they COULD do that, it would be amazing and definitely beat the runner series.
rock crawling is actually next lvl in beam
Beamng was litterally created for offroading
So true
A Winch would be awesome !! then I won;t need to play Mudrunner Expeditions anymore haha
Talks, we need the 200BX config, it looks too good
since day one
yes
I met one of my best friends by off-roading in beamMP on Jungle Rock Island
i offroad too much, sometimes with some cars not made for offroading for example: trabant, maluch and all these cars
banger
Usually i prefer to make minigames in beamMP with other people (kinda the reason for the long list i sent you)
How do u get your tires not to pop on every bush bit cos mine just go pop every time i go near a little sticking out grass thats counted as a bush that pops tires
@@TalksWithNoise it was i removed it recently and didnt offroad after i did and know i have no tires are popping
setup tour when???
Hey, I saw your video on spying on players and heard you might make a discord server, I can help you set it up if needed.
what are the maps used in the video?
commenting before this channel blows up
Bro you sound familiar like you got a main channel I've Heard you from 😶🌫️
We need just 1 map of off-road trails and courses and all that just for stock beam 😭I get mods but I feel like beam needs just strictly off-road map in game
Have they released any other teaser trailers
@@TalksWithNoisealright
10/10 fugs
How did you configure your wheel to not have the constant death wobble when driving at low speed?
Try inverting your force feedback.
@@turbo_marc That's not the problem. I've had beam for years across a DFGT, G920, T500RS, and CSLDD
You'r voice is gonna sound good without holding it back like you're on a toilet. Trust me.
Lol what?
I'd like to see smaller trucks added to beamng more similar to older imports or 70-90's us based think yota, ranger, s10 etc... Instead of always playing with larger 1500 or larger sized chevys
I would love a lore friendly Ford Ranger. All of the current trucks are cool. But as you said, they’re all massive.
@@TalksWithNoise you and me both
Can you share the gambler BX please? Upload the mod/config to the hub pls
What wheel you using? Doesn't sound like a jack hammer, but still a bit of noise, so guessing T300?
@@TalksWithNoise I have it too, and if it wasn't for the fact that I overpaid like shit for it, I would burn it and never buy it ever again
@@TalksWithNoise You can get the Cammus C5, which is DD that only costs 250 on its own, and then you can get some other pedals
I've got an unpopular opinion that beam NG mud sucks, because I can drive a rear wheel drive musculcar without any trouble being on a mud road and feel no problems at all
Still, love this game
@@TalksWithNoise yeah, in jungle it has some pretty tough places
i feel like the chassis flex is a little too much
and that flex affects how the vehicles act
the flex is probably 4x worse than IRL, probably to make it noticable, for gameplay purposes
that being said, the flex probably doesnt affect the driving nearly as much as it looks like it does
I’ve seen some slow-mo footage of irl vehicles and they have a lot more flex than what you may imagine. Close to what you’ll see in Beam.
@@TalksWithNoise i disagree
The body panels have too much sway when under not very much stress
Plus, we are likely talking about two very different vehicles...
Thinner and more flexible metal sways more than thicker, and a lot of offroad purpose-built vehicles use plastic panels, which are not only less rigid, but lighter and more susceptible to debris, water, or wind forces
Sitting still, the basic Gavril D pickup truck has more body panel movement while sitting still than the vehicle its based off of
I know because ive seen one in person, not a video for entertainment purposes, which can have aspects exaggerated for fun
I have the game, im not saying that everything else is inaccurate, its just that it takes SOFT BODY and cranks it up to 20 while leaving the frame very rigid by comparison
I may give this a check to do comparisons for a future video. Beam vs irl body flex sounds like a fun and interesting experiment. If I could only quantify deflection somehow so hoping the eye-ruler will be good enough to see a difference.
Shame there arnt any really offroad oriented maps and the maps they have are really small
Grrr when discord
I built my irl car in beamng
so I can connect with it (manual hopper but with some upgrades also its a sport so the Inline 6 is realistic for me)
It's something good but not best by Mudrunner
I love Beamng
I love Beamng
drifting is underrated
True, its pretty hard too, considering its a simulator. I love it nonetheless.
is it slept on though? honestly i think thats where the game is best and i dont think i'm alone. what other game can you rock crawl on a huge ass map? track racing here is kinda lame i would rather assetto corsa or something. i use it specifically for off roading....or monster trucks
Off-roading is not slept on. It’s probs just you sleeping on it. All they been releasing is off-roading
first
1:22 what map?
im pretty sure thats jungle rock
pretty sure that's Johnson valley
@@voytec448i think they are talking about the part where the lands dale crosses the bridge
im literally making a beamng.ofrroad video right now haha
