1. Stop poppy cultivation in Manipur.
2. Remove kuki’s narco-terrorist and Assam-riffle.

Centre wants this kind of proxy war to continue for more years so mainland Indian can prejudice about Manipur . Kaladan project is very important for India so centre is favour of chin kuki whatever they want will be provided. Once upon a time there were a political leader who visited Manipur for some reason.He wanted to see early sun rise at the land of Eputhou Pakhangba in Manipur.But he was not able to see Sun till afternoon due to cloudy day.Eputhou Pakhangba knows the dark mindset of Indian Political Leader who came for some reason. It not the conflict between two countries. Home minister and prime minister are the creator this conflict targeting Meitei community by proxy war. Behind this conflict they want to finish all the insurgent groups of Meitei who are struggling for independence, development of friendship between Myanmar for kaladan multi project, which will be very beneficial to the mainland Indian, with this chances border fencing and to remove FMR with Myanmar, most important is that to devide Manipur into three parts like J&K it fullfill their promise with them. In order to take credit for resolving Manipur problem, with the help of Assam rifles they are planning a long policy since year back. Training, supplying arms and ammunition, helping road connectivity, service recruitment, helping myanmaris kuki to enter Manipur and everything they require. Centre try to show this conflict for their level best in order to continue proxy war until and unless the insurance groups of Meitei end. On the other hand poppy plantation is a source of income it is mutual benefit. Seperate administration is the exact plan for this purpose.

In ethnic conflicts btween two parties - conversation or talks btween the two conflicting parties, no doubt, is important towards restoring normalcy. However, what makes it difficult and challenging in Manipur context is the role of the State in the present conflict. When the State openly (or is perceived to be) conducts in a partisan manner, it is rather difficult to reconcile the two conflciting parties.
