- Went for the first POV drive in the deleted & tuned 2017 6.7 Powerstroke and it rips! Finally got around to doing some WOT pulls & revs in the freshly deleted 6.7 Powerstroke. The 5in straight pipe sounds absolutely insane on this truck.

Sounds really good and probably more reliable now that it’s deleted can’t wait to see some cold starts on this
As a modified 6.7 Cummins owner it definitely is a night and day difference and the fuel mileage is awesome
Until it blows up...
@@OfficialEPA cummins dont blow up, ford on the other hand.....
@@MustyMike cummins definitely blow up too, there's one with a blown turbo and head gasket sitting about 50ft beside me lmao
@@OfficialEPA exactly, and even if the Cummins is GTG, but rest of the truck is a POS that falls apart way prematurely. Lol
@@JROC734 says the guy pulling the cab off his Ford for the 4 time,😆
When I had my 6.7 Cummins, I deleted and tuned it. I went from 13to 19 mpg and awesome power. Somehow burning more fuel with less efficiency is better for the earth.
😂😂😂 valid point. They probably just want diesel owners to fill up their tank more often
If your cummins really saw fuel mileage increase like that then there must have been something weird going on. I know lots of guys that delete their Rams and the fuel mileage stays identical. There are decent performance gains but not a big enough fuel mileage gain to really talk about.
@@full---movie 08. Before it was figured out.
that thing haulllsss man, great video!
That is a very nice truck. I still have my old '98.5 3500 RAM dynod at 490hp. The government said it was so clean from the factory that it didn't even come with a catalytic converter.
Sounds frkn awesome!
Looks clean and sounds awesome, lovvveeeee!!!
My stock 2021 platinum diesel is an absolute animal i cant imagine deleted and tuned
In the 17-19 models make sure if your still under the warranty before doing this like I am, make sure to press and hold traction control button down till advance Trac all features turn off and makes a difference. Or do the press sequence and learn you have a sport mode. Deleting mine shortly since my factory ends in a few months this got me excited
I'm needing a good cheap tuner. Nothing fancy but good enough to do a full delete. Can suggestions?
i’ll always remember the feeling of straight piping my e92 m3 and removing the cats on it for a day, definitely a memory to remember.
I had a e92 m3 fully straight piped. One of the loudest cars I’ve driven and still sounded good in my opinion! Drone was on another level lol.
@@zachlove7335 Brother it was hands down one of the most fun nights i have had in my life, it's just something about motors and cars that calms me down, i dont do parties or bars. i just drive.
What kind of wheel and tires are they and what size and offset. I like they way they look
What kind of MPG do you get with it now deleted?
7.3 OLD SCHOOL GANG HERE, I WELCOME YOU TO FREEDOM.
Sweet ass truck man! I have an 18 f150 platinum same color same style wheel...
I’m new to the diesel game. I just picked up a 2018 F250 with the 6.7 and after seeing your video, I’m definitely deleting it. Can recommend a kit and tuner and is it something I can install or do I need to have it professionally installed. Thanks in advance
Where exactly did you buy the exhaust, delete kit asking for a friend lol
Damn that’s healthy sounding
What a machine
That’s awesome
Damn that's nice
Are you running QR 80 HP , or just 80 HP ?
I've had my 6.7 deleted for 200000 km and I beat on it every morning. And every day on my way home. And I've never had an issue.
great video! can you comment on the difference in exhaust odor?
Didn’t even block out the license plate 🤦♂️ this will be a easy one for the epa
Yeah buddy we just don’t know where the regulations are going to go so it’s nice more to do these things because you’re stuck with huge fines and you have to get your truck back to stock form to get your plates
what’s the fuel mileage like since you deleted it?
what tune and delete did you use?
Yo what tune you running?
Who the hell puts pimp ass rims on a nice diesel truck? That looks like something I would see in the hood.
My cousin had a 2017 6.7 deleted and that thing was disgusting how much fun it was. Holy fuckall it was nasty. I had a 06 6.0 that I had deleted and straightpiped and tuned and what not and it was an awesome truck but that 6.7 is a whole different animal
How much for them rims/where did u get them from?
Great video did you put a lift kit on? and what size rims and tires are on your truck?
How did your mileage change?
What’s your tire and wheel setup?
100% get trans tuning. She sounds sick tho 🤙
What tunes did you go with?
EPA has entered the chat😂😂😂
Heard alot of Alumaduty and late steel body 6.7's with del/tune and either 4" or 5" exhaust.....why does yours sound kinda airy? Almost like an upstream exh leak
Turbo sound and windows open
In New Jersey they told a guy to put his Cummins’s EGR back factor or scrape it and well long story short he had to crush it all because he was showing off and put it on market place for sell and said in was deleted but the thing is he put a outrageous price on it but the EPA stepped in but go look it up
Yeah, I think I heard his story A couple years ago that’s why it’s probably not good to make videos about this stuff
Flava Flav: Chyeah boi!
Can you weld in the high flow catalytic converter in the pipe to reduce smell and soot? Kinda hide the delete?
You can but you need a tune for the cat
@@peopleschampgarage7869if it is high flow 200 cells catalytic converter? It doesn’t even the exhaust flow much🥸
Did you delete the DEF tank? And do you still add DEF after or no
When you delete a truck like this everything removed you no longer add def.
What did you use to tune and who did you go with I wanna delete just my dpf and add a cold air and mild tune 60hp I don’t wanna break anything just improve mpg throttle response
Did you even watch the video? He says Proven tuning did the tunes
I just picked up a stock 2017 F250 and was wondering what are the pros and cons of deleting and tuning?
Just sound and don’t gotta worry and def anymore
I just bought one that was deleted and it’s incredible- went from a 6.2 At4 and the difference is night and day.
what those tires called
raced one of these in a coyote swapped car. he got a huge headstart and i still beat him but was moving great for a truck
What wheel tire combo. Nice rig. I'm still in a 14 6.7
24x12 on 33s
How much is it to delete it?
I would not be shouting out tune company’s trying to keep them quiet very few still tune trucks
Sounds amazing! Running a 20 f350 i’d like to do it, but worried about truck passing annual state inspection. What was the cost of the kit?
Depends on where you live honestly. If you live in a blue state, watch out. If you live in a red state, it will probably be okay. Not trying to be political, that’s just the reality of it.
Get truck plates and you don’t need emissions just safety
getting plates or commercial plates. whichever ur state has, exempts from emissions just safety. depending on the state ofc
How can i pass this in illinois
@@ModernCivilWar Illinois doesn't have inspections
Careful putting up video of you changing the emissions on that truck, the EPA will come after you
Dot to in some states
FUCK THE EPA
Just one more thing for Illinois to worry about 😂
I’m so confused why the government literally buys completely deleted f350s bad ass trucks but if I can have a truck at work that’s deleted I should be able to have one for myself
@@waynemcwagon4286 and they run Offroad diesel in county vehicles, all the time.
Sounds great but someone needs to teach you how to rev properly
I didn’t know 80hp could make a truck pull 40 mph in 2 seconds😂
That’s not how timing works. It doesn’t add 80hp it’s 80hp worth of fuel.
@@ericlund6681wrong its literally just a tune that adds only 80hp
@@sethwoodward5515did you really just dwight shrute this guy
Epa watching this rn….
I want one of these so bad tbh. I’m like 99% in PA even tho it’s a shitty blue state that we don’t do emissions on diesel’s commercial and non
EPA watching this rn is take it down
Better get wheelie bars for all that power
Head bro I'm from the area I have a 6.7 I really want to do a 6.7 delete and tune on mine
EPA: ayo wtf
All the old ass grandpas in these comments crying about the wheels 💀🤣🤣
Your stabilitrac light flashing means your trans is detecting slippage in the trans you need a trans tube
Them tags all in the open
Best place in illinois to get a delete
Those rims are a no go! You need more tire less rim.
Yeah man they look great but I can't think to put those on more rubber on the road it good to me
Scary fast ? Lol You must scare Easley lol
12s 1/4 miles in a 8k pound truck is relatively scary
207 on the trans is fine
5 weeks into mine. Just ripped my cold side pipe 🤙🏽😂 37k miles
Reason I got rid of the crappy rubber hoses they give. Go all aluminum piping all around.
Aluminum and tclamps
Give her a little bit of gas lol
EPA all day bro you ain’t worried?😅
4:44 moment 5:29 5:53 7:17
You have rubber bands for tires
that tire rim combo tho. 🌈🏳🌈
Cost breakdown ?
$1500-$4k depending on what options I want
Deleting it doesn’t soulely increase the power and torque, tuning does you could leave the emissions equipment on, tune it and you’d see the same results
Its not about the power, you will never get that sound with a choked up emissions truck
I guess loud is cool idk, but emission systems have been the best they’ve ever been with flow for the past 5 years, that’s why there’s hardly any failures
@@LongTineAssasian But when they do…. DPF & DEF system replacements for HD trucks in USA can cost upwards of 10k usd
@@LongTineAssasian don't know what you've been smoking bud, "hardly any failures" get back in your Prius and shut up.
@@LongTineAssasian really cause I’ve seen dealers full of trucks with backordered parts for emissions warranties
I'd take this down it's a 10k fine awesome that you did it just don't advertise it just a word to the wise
Deleted? Deleted what? The whole truck?🤣
Forgot to say I’m in Mexico lol
Wait till you put a real tune on it I’m running a 200 hp tune
A clean burning tune means you ain’t making as much as you could. Roll that coal
Black smoke out the tailpipe is nothing but wasted fuel. Literally blowing money out the tailpipe
@@farley4633diesels are different than gas. If this was gas, u would be dead right.
@dougn6465 no he's still.dead nuts right rolling some coal is fine but tons isn't good your literally wasting power and fuel. You want just a smudge of coal on low RPMS and none or very very little on full throttle
calls EPA
Take this down if you want to keep your truck.
I will never understand rims and low profiles on a 4x4 🤣
Prolly should have covered your license plate.
Copied the cboys song
you’re acting like they own the song 💀
Nice truck. Terrible rims.
looks slow my 2015 ford edge sport would put busses on that truck
I'm under $30k into my 7.3psd truck and mods and it certainly would destroy this truck
A 7.3L can't put numbers down like what a 6.0L, 6.4L and a 6.7L can.
@@shawnmoore5621 you clearly don't know record is over 2000hp
@@shawnmoore5621 and brian gray made 1600hp on the heui system
@@kylecannon5679 ya but if you do same kind of mods to the others they still will turn bigger numbers than a 7.3L. I have a, 6.0L and a 6.4L. My 6.4 puts 650hp at the wheels and only thing done to it is its been deleted and tuned which is easy hp to gain
Its not 650 with a delete and tune
I hope don't live in California, Michigan or New Jersey if they see that truck you're in trouble
Never heard of anyone in michigan getting hit and I live there. Maybe in the big cities but if your in a small hick town like me, no on cares lol.
@@upnorth6.0 a couple of business in Michigan were doing tuning and deleting they were fined in the millions I live in a small town too in northern Michigan they don't seem to care either I wouldn't make videos and put them out there you don't know who is watching them and may turn you in
@Phillip Garrow that's crazy I live in Northern MI to, u.p. to be exact. I could see it happening though and yeah, I wouldn't be advertising it like that either. Especially on these newer trucks.

Why ruin that nice truck with hideous rims and tires ?
