My 2019, 6.7 F-250 has been deleted and runs 650hp, and 1200 ft/lbs torque. Average 17 to 18 mpg. Pulling my camper it gets 15 mpg. Love the power, the sound and the smell!
I’m tryna do the same I got a 19 f-350 any shop recommendations or part or tuner recommendations?
Try out the high pressure medium shift. I was SUPER timid to do anything to the TCM but I finally did it and it really woke my truck up paired with the 80HP tune. There’s no more sluggish shifting when I’m trying to merge into traffic and no lugging up a hill before it downshifts to get going. My truck is always in a powerband when driving now.
Awesome.vid looking to do my 2022 would you know if EZlynk have tunes for 2022 yet? I gota F350 Lariat in carbonized gray love my powerstroke
Keep dropping bro🔥
What size wheels and tires do you have on in this video?
What size lift and tires are you running?
Yes. Your truck will not last otherwise
I have a 2019 f250 with 92k miles that I want to delete, but I honestly I’m not sure where to start bc this is my first diesel. I just want to make a good dependable truck tbh
AMDP tunes
@@PodMothank you
So I am about to buy a 2017 already deleted. I don't care about more power as stock has enough. I just hate all the emission stuff on these engines.
My question is, for confirmation, deleting will most likely add life to the engine? And does it increase mileage while not towing?
Does the ex link have to stay in the obd port all the time?
I get 17 city driving in my 22 powerstroke stock. You prob had a heavy foot. 🤷🏼♂️ either way looks and sounds great. I do love the smell of a deleted diesel.
Just wondering how you guys register your trucks I am deleting mine soon
@@Moviebang1find a shitty muffler shop that does inspects and slide them a extra 20
You don’t do it for me, but thank you for the information and the video. Haha
What state are you in? Curious because I have annual inspection and roadside checks, is it still worth it?
I played a little game. I took a shot every time you said TUNES 😂🧛🐲😩
Suprised you did not mute out the license plates considering the video topic.
You need to do a video on full egr delete and piping kit. You’ll see first hand how bad emissions and recirculating exhaust through your system is. Turbo will be full of soot
so egr delete is bad or good i didn’t understand
@@nicholasmora5299good, stock emissions system chokes out the engine over time.
How many miles man? Thinking about selling my 2012 6.7 for one that same color and year, a platinum with 115k miles. Non deleted and he wants 50k.
I’d say do it haha! I slept on a chance to get a red 2017 platinum and I haven’t been able to find such a good deal since.
Hey Zac,
I’m looking at a 2017 F-250. (125k miles)
With this type of mileage, would you still recommend to delete the truck? Keep the content coming. Thanks
it’s preferable to delete after 100k so you don’t void warranty
@jn1471 my warranty expired at 40K miles
do you use Def fluid
What did you do to egr?
Mine is next! Freakin spend more on diesel fuel then the truck itself 🙄
My 2013, bone stock, gets an avg 16mph with highway closer to 20.
What about EGR delete ? I have been told to leave the EGR intact by a Ford Mechanic. But I’ve been reading a lot of contradictions. I’ve also heard you can put shims on the egr. Is this a better idea? Any one have the answer to this ?
I believe with the 6.7 specifically people put in block off plates but leave it in place. I haven’t done it myself yet but that’s my understanding as of now.
hey why did the mechanic say to leave the egr?
@@cameronstewart5959 I’m not too sure why. I didn’t get a chance to ask. He believes the truck is designed to work as is and is better with all its components. That’s as much as I could get from it.
best thing to do is delete it but needs to be tuned because the EGR is so restrictive when you take that off your increasing your airflow by a lot
My truck has been in the shop twice for related issues to the dpf/def crap. Delete it before it cost you more
Look at the lens not the viewfinder
Does anyone know if it’s doable with a 2021?
Does anyone here have any paint issues on the top of the truck? Or rear passenger side door? I Currently just bought a 2019 F-250 Platinum & didn’t notice any of those issues until this morning.
Your paint could be faded from the sun. Polish it.
My brother runs several ford's with diesels on his bee farm. He spent $5000/truck to delete and tune his trucks at a specialty shop. In 3 years he paid for all the tunes and deletes in the fuel savings.
Just wondering how you guys register your trucks I am deleting mine soon
@@Moviebang1 once he's registered it once he gets no more inspections so he can do whatever he wants to to it for as long as he owns it.
My 2014 6.7 truck is deleted but has no tuning. Do I need to also get tuning?
Who deleted it you?
Without tuning you must have a bunch of check engine lights!
Sooo. What if you loose your phone 📱
What do you mean step on the gas. 🤷 You don't use gas, so i don't understand what you mean exactly.
Delete mine bro
By delete is he implying to revoving smog BS from his exhaust system? Cuz the way he words it to me implies he's removing the whole truck from his life. I think he means to title the video: is it worth it to do a cat and muffler delete on a diesel.
Now to watch only long enought to find out then leave... cuz I have no intrest in the content either way, I'm just interested in how he's using language.
Yep, that took about a min... so my comment shou be "Yo bro you're using the word delete wrong."
💯 Delete
The REAL QUESTION is whether the diesel engine itself is worth it
I get 20+ mpg in a stock 2019 f250. So idk what your doing
Too bad you don't own this truck anymore
