His diverse diet is not clean though . There is a reason that most bodybiulders eat chicken rice and broccoli.

Chicken , red meat , fish , eggs and protein powder is for protein.
Rice , Potatoes (sweet potatoes ) and cream of rice for carbs . Plus fruits .
Oil , peanuts butter and nuts for fats . Even though I rarely see one of these in their diets .
And lasty for vegetables pretty much whatever green vegetable they want .
This diverse diet is good for sustainability but when you compete this is not the best thing to do .

That's a really good idea about weighing out the jam! Never thought of doing it that way.
That's because you should never weigh out jam in the first place! just estimate how many tablespoons you want to eat. If you accidentally eat 1.1 tablespoons of jam instead of 1.0 tablespoons, just do 4 to 5 more minutes of cardio, or do 1 more set of your lift. Literally people think micromanagement matters, when macromanagement is most important.
A Jamie Atheist would never be able to handle that,.

When I started working out, my two main mistakes were lack of sleep, and not eating enough (not being in a caloric surplus). I have always thought I was eating enough and was disappointed because my weight stagnated for a long period of time. Then I got my first diet plan created (I think it was from website called Dietarize). I realised that my previous food intake was way below my needs, although I thought I'm good. At the beginning it was hard to eat 3800 kcal in a day, but I got used to it. I started noticing real gains and it felt amazing. I wish I'd understood the importance of diet earlier.
