I just want to point out how OP Ian is,
1) He doesn't sacrifices a good midsection for just mass
2) Focuses on quality muscle
3) Benches 5 plates for reps with f*cking suicide grip
4.) Has absolutely no chance of winning an Olympia Title as he has spaghetti calfs.

This is, in my mind, the perfect video of its kind. Quick, informative, detailed. Little bit of personality with the dog clips and a few workout clips to keep it interesting. Very good.
This is what i love about Ian no bullshit no time waste or shit talking no extra talking about things that are to our interest in bodybuilding just straight food cooking and an advice from here to there.
M&S should do more episodes like these.

Honestly, all he needs is to be a little more confident onstage, every time it seems that he doesn't want to be there at all
He really has an incredible physique. I think watching how he eats and how exact he is with everything shows with the package he brings each time he steps on stage.

Lmao im eating 1950-2000 calories now bcs im cutting for summer. Probably so low calories cs I weigh only 149 lbs and im still not that lean lmao. I most likely need a lot more mass

@@tonii4673 Why are you cutting if you're only 149 pounds? You need to bulk up to a relatively bigger weight in order to have a good physique. Being lean at 140 isn't impressive if you're skinny.

Shot in March before lockdown.
The most mundane and grueling part of BB is making these meals several times a day, measuring it, and keeping track of it. The training is the exciting part that BB look forward to. I wish they cared as much about posing and putting a routine as training.

I dont understand why they dont eat veggies esp. On prep. This stuff great in volume to fill you up, keeps you healthy and taste good. And if you eat after the fodmap-list it doesnt bloat you at all.

All protein denatures when you cook it. Wouldn't put you off cooking chicken though would it?
@@dudleyspringleaf.8321 no it does not. and it's a myth that whey denatures when added to hot foods - you have to add it to extremely hot food to maybe cause that. cooking in microwave using a plastic box is worse, tons of microplactic and release of harmful substances and this has been proven. don't use plastic in microwave. not even even bpa free.
