Gopowersports stage 1 kit install 196cc minibike

I want to know about mini bikes but they are very confusing. I want to mod my 212 but idk what to get. If I get the stage 1 kit and want to make it faster in the future what would I get next a stage 2 then 3 then 4?

Did you have to remove the governor to put a stage 1 on

No it just is as simple as removing the air box and rejetting the carb

if you use a pair of vice grips you can remove the peice on the bottom to put in a new jet...

Yes they use rivets to seal them no bolts or anything and solid caps

@@EnviousRepairPerformance I know it doesnt look like it unscrews on the bottom of the carb, but trust me...that part unscrews...I used vise grips to remove it, and get to the jet...

Yeah I’m familiar with them I just change them out since they are cheap and I can adjust the mixture screw as well

What is the best oil to use in the RT 200 I've seen 15w50 and my paperwork says 10w30 SAE so which is best

I use either valvoline 10-30 with Lucas zinc additive or just Lucas 10/30 with the additive

Depends on your elevation and yes should rejet after every modification

No only Honda engines you can cause the produce a lot of power these Japanese engine are not use to producing lots of power

What’s the zip tie method?

You zip tie the governor spring so it don’t open up right away gives you like 1000 more rpm

I noticed that too. I just ordered a stage 1 kit from GPS, and it comes with a tiny filter that I think is meant to plug into that hose, that way it can still vent but it's not open for dirt to get into the valve cover.
