- Nothing beats that clean feeling after removing build up! I use one of these methods every 2-3 weeks to keep my scalp clean and hair soft and bouncy.

A few things that have helped to control my hairfall include: (1) I discontinued wearing hair ties because it leds to tension breakage. (2) I began massaging my hair and scalp twice a week with liitleextra cocoonnion hair oil while leaning forward & holding my head inverted to allow blood flow to the scalp. (3) Protecting my head while moving out to safeguard my hair from pollution. (4) Using soft shampoo again from liittleextra only to wash my hair.
What do I do if I have to have my hair in a bun for work, satin ties don’t hold my bun
For us budget friendly folks. The hairdresser at the salon told me to use dawn dish soap at least twice a month for a deep clean. He said not to tell he said it, but I wasn't paying $50 a bottle for their brand.
If you just need strong surfactants (which is what Dawn is), there are inexpensive shampoos that are strong but a better pH for your hair then Dawn.
Like Pantene Volume & Body shampoo is very effective, has no conditioning ingredients, and it's pH is about 5 (tested using pH strips which is why I say "about").
Suave shampoos with c14-16 olefin sulfonate or sodium lauryl sulfate are also used by a lot of people for clarifying.
Vinegar fixes everything 😏
Only on the scalp and only once a week. You'll kill your hair if you do it too much
Question: Do u use a clarifying shampoo on ends?
Are exfoliating shampoos the only way to remove natural buildup? Do you have to also use a scalp mask after clarifying shampoos? Are there any other options than exfoliating shampoo to remove dead skin?
You can make a hair exfoliate with coffee and shampoo to get rid of build up
I mix bi carb soda and vinegar together, and lightly scrub it through my hair. Leave it for about 5-15 minutes and wash it out. Be careful though, it’s super abrasive and if you do it more than once a week your hair is gonna become super fragile and prone to breakage
What's a good one from the drugstore or walmart?
Literally! No way am I spending over 10 dollars on something!
Twist by Ouidad has an affordable clarifying shampoo. Also Kinky Curly Come Clean shampoo. Not Your Mothers has some good products too, but I haven’t tried their clarifying shampoos.
I hope that helps!
@@HellaKittyGoneBad I just tried a curl cream from Not Your Mothers and it was amazing!! And smelled great
@@AS.18 I agree! It’s really good! The gel is good too :)
Would this work on a black man’s hair? 😅
nice
