Fantastic looking machine, if only it sounded like an Aprilia V4... Adaptive cc looked useful, screen seemed very good even at blurry speedo speeds and it is the Ideal machine to ride to the Ducati factory tour car park in Bologna and not get turned away... Negatives for me is the price, fuel range and license losing potential but it is no doubt a super piece of kit. I look forward to seeing what the new Tiger 1200 is like and your opinion of it. Seeing as how you have owned the previous incarnations you should provide an excellent observation of this next generation Tiger 1200! Good luck with the decision on what to get next.
I agree with everything you say Tiger Squad…it needs volume turned up to 11! May come back to this later, as everything else is so nice…Test S1000XR next…
@@YarroMoto The Likeable Rider has just gone back to an XR, another fantastic piece of kit, the looks are a bit marmite from certain angles they look stunning from others less so... I would imagine the gearbox and shift assist should be good on an inline 4. Obviously it would sing in the higher rev ranges, not sure how torquey it would be lower down, again you either love or loathe an inline 4 I suppose. I look forward to seeing the review and observations. 👍
It’s annoying when dealers don’t return calls. If this is how they operate when a potential customer is trying to organise a test ride, how will they respond if there are post-purchase difficulties with the bike? The enthusiasm of Triumph dealers is a big part of why there’s a Tiger in my garage, rather than the Energica that was also on my shortlist.
I'll wait to see what new T-Plane crank Triumph rides like I think. On reflection and after going through a few competitor configurators, the prices are not dissimilar when you add desired extras, unless you go for the full caffeine Ducati version. Plus, the Ducati is a really nice place to be...and once you're moving, you can't really hear the sewing machine 😁
@@YarroMoto Its always the extras that bump the price. As you say, let's see what the new Tiger will bring. For me I just don't know if I can part with that kind of cash, the older I get the more painful it becomes ;)
@@Banditmanuk I've also tried to use one of the tools in UA-cam Studio to edit a vid in the past...but it was not intuitive for what I needed...IMO, it's easier to use your own software and reload the vid!

@@YarroMoto 🤣🤣 There is a blurr tool in UA-cam Studio where you can alter an existing upload but I've not had much success with it.
