This sums it all up FedEx pays you well just to come to work
@Conquest facts. A couple of my managers were always simping to the female workers because they wanted to smash.
@Watchout4V For real, they practically had me be a swiss army knife of most positions during my stint at Fedex, despite the fact I'm a 5'10 130lb guy with no muscles, didn't stop them from telling me to unload big trucks or handling packages almost my weight, and I was one of the few in that position at my warehouse for whatever reason

I knew fellow employees who owned their own small business but would work part time at UPS for the health benefits. In 1992 I made 12.50 as a primary small sorter plus hourly bonus of 15-20 dollars for being the fastest sorter (twilight) but from the looks of things, technology does the sorting now.
I work at a hub that still does manual sorting (one of the biggest in my state). They don't pay extra $1 anymore for Sort tho.

Damn, you need to reevaluate your career. You could literally work at Walmart starting off at 15 an hour. My man started there at 15$ and within 3 months got promoted to shift lead and made 20$ an hour. It's all on work ethic and I think if you're working hard, you need something worth your time. I would never work for 12$ an hour. 14 or 15 is the least I'm taking. I've got a kid, I can't waste my time on 12$ an hour. I bet that won't even cover the bills.
