They, showed you the job one time and then you were on your own and then having to ask others for help just in case you couldn't locate anything or just didn't know how to do the task properly. However, luckily I had previous warehouse experience with some of the stuff they were doing. At our FC, they’re super backwards. They put the oldest most broken ppl up unloading trucks and the youngest biggest tallest strongest men on the first floor in pack singles. A ridiculous joke. The management is all over the place, nobody knows anyone, nobody knows what they’re supposed to be doing. You have to call hr in India to get answers and they hang up on you “accidentally” after being on the phone with them for an hour and have to call and start all over again. It’s a joke. That’s why it’s such a high turnover rate
Kinda a shame people in Amazon working to hit a certain quota for a low wage, while our workers in the IT company sit around most of the time doing nothing or talking to each other, while maybe working half of our shift and getting paid 3k+ a month with a 35 hour week 😅

What made you quit?
So we can have our phones for the first day ?
You can have your phone on you everyday as long as you don’t have it visible while working.
Amazon work sarting date jun27 1.5amto11.59am
At our FC, they’re super backwards. They put the oldest most broken ppl up unloading trucks and the youngest biggest tallest strongest men on the first floor in pack singles. A ridiculous joke. The management is all over the place, nobody knows anyone, nobody knows what they’re supposed to be doing. You have to call hr in India to get answers and they hang up on you “accidentally” after being on the phone with them for an hour and have to call and start all over again. It’s a joke. That’s why it’s such a high turnover rate
Oh wow yea that’s insane! I got extremely lucky with this site because they are mindful and will try to help you out the best they can.
What is the hourly rate
Kinda a shame people in Amazon working to hit a certain quota for a low wage, while our workers in the IT company sit around most of the time doing nothing or talking to each other, while maybe working half of our shift and getting paid 3k+ a month with a 35 hour week 😅
The wage is not low where in GA. It's starts at $18 per hr. Statefarm entry level corporate starts much lower.
Not everyone wants or will get that kind of job. Rude comment
I Quit after a day , the best decision 😅
is pay weekly or bi? thats my question lol
Weekly
@@TheeCiaraJenae wait one more ... is it cold in the warehouses?
@@TheeCiaraJenae ty so much!
@meganmauricio7134 it gets hot in my warehouse but I use personal fans to help.
How to apply?
i miss working here 😢
Is the first week of Amazon paid? Like the training and orientation
Yes it is. Orientation is only the 1st day then you are going to be actually working on the floor.
@@TheeCiaraJenae one last question if I want to bring lunch does the bag have to be clear?
No it can be a regular bag they are just going to have to check it when you go through the security
@@TheeCiaraJenae Oh ok thanks
