Having my house deep cleaned and laundry caught up reduced the chaos in my brain and did help my chronic pain which has rendered me disabled….do I have two kiddos? No, but I can just FEEL peace and healing of the deeper cleaning and calmer environment. Air seemed fresher. I have to say Matt, the time you get away to a private office and can read, is important to the caregiver role you have, but seems like that tub $$$ could’ve gotten a house cleaner in there for you all! . I cant walk much due to pain, I know my husband identifies with all you do, but he really appreciates the more we get people to come in and help. Love your son! The world needs good people like you two. I appreciate your qualities.

I do not know why they have the word keto in their title anymore. They seem to be using a lot of replacement food that they probably used to eat. I have been on Keto now for 5 years and would never eat those replacement foods..As Keto twins say..Calories do count These two are more about promoting products now and not keto..Squash is not keto.

Maybe start cutting down on all those keto replacement products..There has been a lot of talk about companies not being quite honest about the ingredients in them. My friend who is Keto cannot eat anything like that..It upsets her stomach. Many peoole complain about Keto replacements causing disruptive digestion problems. I stick to real natural keto foods..Meat, fish, nuts veg cream butter Olive oil etc
Has Mega been tested for tick-borne infections; her hoarse voice is reminding me of when I was ill with Lyme, Bartonella, and Babesia. Bartonella loves to wreck the bladder, it is just awful.
