    If I'm primarily doing these full body videos, how many days should I work out vs rest? When/how often should I incorporate HIIT?

    My wife and I enjoyed yet another great workout which we try to do several times a week with the iphone app. We have to laugh when the counts are freqently missed getting a few extra reps into the routine Sneaky!
