I have been working out with UA-cam workout videos since the pandemic, along with four other ladies (55 yrs old and over) and your videos are by far one of the best. The workouts are not rushed, which avoids injury; they're informative, which helps us be aware of our form and gain knowledge of the muscles we are working.
