I’d like to see someone who’s transformed their body using this, and assuming the information in here is accurate. With a proper diet, you should see huge results within one month. Anything other than that renders is useless
Using ems with physical training is ideal. Not just ems alone. Plus not to mention cardio you get through weight training etc
