I would love to see this long term and see the results of this after at least a month!!!

It’s also great for after pregnancy. It’s very common in Germany and I know men and women who have done it for years and love it. I started myself a few months ago and am getting so much stronger.

Hi. Did you increase your muscles and toned up also? Results appear faster than with a normal workout? Thanks

I'm a CPT with a traditional fitness background. I just started coaching at Body20 and I love how the 20 minute session provides my clients with a thorough total-body workout. If you're new to it, you definitely feel deep muscles that you may never have activated much before.

Definitely not completely harmless . BUT these are at a low enough setting where you should be completely fine as long as you don't go longer than an hour generally. It's really cool tech.

Very interesting technology. I wonder if this suit could help those with nerve damage or diseases. For instance someone with Multiple Sclerosis, an autoimmune disease that attacks the central nervous system. It can cause a multitude of issues, including muscle strength and and your ability to control various movements. I am definitely going to be doing some research on this! So thank you for your video.

It’s stimulating the muscle, but can you get stronger through EMS training like you would lifting weights? Could you bulk with EMS training? Increase the resistance at all?

2 times/week will be good for the muscle training, mor FAQs pls click mychway.com/blogs/searching-for-the-best-muscle-stimulator-DFC-EMS-stimulator-is-here.html #mychway

You can get stronger with EMS and gain muscle mass/definition. It isn't ideal for bulking but compliments traditional resistance training. (Body20)

I just found your channel and I'm obsessed with your content! There's an EMS studio that just opened up 2 blocks away from my work and I've always been curious! It seems pretty dang expensive though.
Btw I love this series - I love trying out different workouts but I get a bit apprehensive if I don't know what I'm getting into so this is a great preview. You deserve more subscribers! Oh and how about trying out Lagree?

So interested in seeing the long term!! I would love to know more about how this works, how many calories this burns, if it’s effective when combined with cardio. If you could do a video with a sort of before and after glute growth that would be amazing😍 I also would be interested in knowing if this burns fat, or can reduce your body fat percentage. Love your chanel ❤️

My guess is that machine is partially a bioimpedance analysis (BIA) it sends a small electrical current through the hands and feet to estimate body composition. If my guess is right the bare skin is needed to make contact with the metal plates.

so if you think this the brain doesn't allow for all muscles to contract due to damage that can occur the electricity can bypass it. be careful when doing this but usually many muscle building do this but this is not the end all be all for lazy people. you still need to exercise stretch and relax muscles. muscles can be heavy damage so eat accordingly to recover protein.
