I found that when you increase the voltage/intensity during TENS, it will progress to EMS. Your muscles will start to get spasms
is tens the ‘low but rapid vibration setting’? because i think that’s one of their goals to put in as a sequence when your muscles has to relax during time lapses
With different pods you can have two therapies at same time.
