A great meal for anytime!
I agree! 😁
Lately I've pulled out my crock pot which I hadn't used years, and bought some neck bones and oxtails. I never tried that gravy pack you used but I will this weekend - Thanks Southern Girl this will be good and tender for my healing throat😊

I like how neckbone turn out in the instant pot !
Me too!!!
This look so amazing!!!
Thank you!
I usually don’t add seasoning to the back bone but this looks swell❤
Thank you!
I prefer the neck bones stay attached to the bone more than you have illustrated. The potatoes I plan on adding in the latter half of cooking time , especially russets ( versus Yukon gold ) to avoid overcooked potatoes. Thanks for the measurements as I just finished watching a neck bone and potato recipe and that guy’s estimate of a teaspoon or tablespoon was wayyyyyy different from mine and others. If I use a Dutch oven, what temp and time do I use to cook the neck bones and can I add the potatoes in latter half? Say 2hours neck bones and 1 hour more with potatoes in a 350 oven? I like neck bones and potatoes with hot sauce bottle on table!
Thank you so much for watching and providing your process!!
Using the Dutch oven, yes I would say 2 hours and maybe 40 minutes with potatoes
Thank you for this recipe. I gonna make this today for dinner
Hope you enjoy
