Hi Thank you for show these steps so many people on their channels do not clean or boil before they cook they cook the neckbones and then some of them even put vegetables or beans and the gray frosted they just wipe with a paper towel or they don’t do nothing I also do my smoke meat the same clean and boil and rinse and then put back on to cook chicken when making dressing or dumplings I boil and pour off and rinse this doesn’t take your flavor away but a lot of people think it takes the flavor away who want that first water to put in dressing and dumplings that’s why I don’t eat everyone food yes those neckbones look like they are clean and delicious you do that 🥰

Okay so you trying to get me to embrace my fat rolls with this down home meal thanks a lot KC 😂 But for real 👍 And can I use this same recipe for beef neckbones? Also I really need that recipe for Tender turkey. My family complained about my Dry turkey 🦃😂
Lining the pot in layers with the vegetables and seasoning is great information I didn't know. Also adding chicken bouillon liquid make meats taste so much better 😋
Daddy your daughter done Good 👏 I can't wait to fix those neckbones 😊
Hey there Lois, you most definitely can cook beef neckbones the same way, just substitute beef broth for the chicken broth and add a packet of onion soup mix to the water. I have not forgotten the turkey. I will have a video showing how to cook it this Wednesday. Thank you as always for supporting me!
The layering method is the best way to ensure optimum seasoning when lots of liquid is involved in a recipe.
You will stop the show with these neck bones Lois!
Would love to know what type of stove you are cooking on? Neckbones looked very tender.
My stove is a Frigidaire Induction Range. I love it because it is kid friendly. The neckbones are oh so tender and delicious. Give the recipe a try you won't regret it! Thank you for taking the time to watch. I appreciate you.
I boil mine to clean them also. But l get those blood veins out when l clean them. I don’t fill my pot with water all the way, when I’m cooking them , l season my neck ones as l stack them. I keep an eye on the water level so that the seasoning will stay on them. I had water as needed.
Sounds like a great technique Annette. Thank you so much for stopping by and taking the time to watch!
