It's Coach Gaby here with my favorite core workout that will have you saying goodbye to your love handles!
Today’s workout is Standing Workout To Burn Lower Belly Fat for all of you out there looking to tighten your core and slim down your figure with a quick and easy workout you can do at home anytime you want!
This workout is great for those of you looking for something effective you can do anytime on a busy schedule.

Very good. Simple moves without weights but using your body and floor for resistance. It's about placement, positioning, keeping good timing, and exhaling on the output..Good for us!

Good workout. I'm breathing hard and sweating
But it was definitely more of a lower body, quad and a little bit of glute workout than a lower belly workout

Why do I like to substitute the side scoops with my favourite - the woodchop!
