It would be actually pretty interesting to create some sort of experimental commune where people live in a primitive way.
Natural sounds provide soundtrack. No words either. I really enjoy the silence rather than background music or commentary. Well done!

My favorite thing you've tried to show is food production (yams, prawns), partly because it's a step away from the essential tools aspect of improving productivity and a step toward the daily grind of how a person would establish reliable sustenance. We see how tools and structures improve, but what is the experience of daily life?

Is it just me or Mr. Primitive Technology is getting even more ripped after every new video?
Who needs gym memberships when you have Australia?
He made a crossfit kilm
Built the 6-pack from clay...
his name is John Plant
As someone who does that too, I can definitely say that you get more ripped. What he doesn't show on camera is the tens and hundreds of repetitive tasks. Gathering all the mud and grass and then forming a wall takes about three to four hours depending on the availability of the material and the quality of the final product.
Been watching for a long time and always liked the channel and concept. Just wanted to say, it's entertaining as heck that a man playing with mud has generated three-quarters of a billion views.
This channel has grown so incredibly fast. Makes me happy people enjoy content like this

So the kilns are getting bigger, more elaborate, and more efficient. Wonder when we reach the arc furnace level?
that one is basically a small blast furnace and definitly looks hot enough to start smelting metal

What about nuclear fusion

primitive technology makes so many different things to use and help make things easier but never seems to use them
Don't forget kilns, lots of kilns.
