@@lonepiggy7709 bruh, there are two categories- full body workout and one muscle group on a day. One muscle group workout is also good, you have to work on one muscle group each day. But full body workout is very good because one can hit the same muscle group twice a week which will increase the muscle mass much better. Don't think so much and do as yatinder says because he's giving the right knowledge about workout and follow his weekly workout plan which he's showing right now. Hope you got it. All the best

I guess my forearms aren’t that strong. Just started the Gym 3 weeks ago and you’re already my hero and a great teacher. I get to see you everyday when I get to the Gym.
