    I am 63 years young. My hobby is body building. But due to lack of guidance I didnt got better results. Although I am satisfied with my body structure. I really thanks to you for discribing breathing movement of every excercise sets. I thought so many times I did wrong breathing movement during excercise.     Lat pulldown Set 1 15 reps Set 2 12 reps medium weight Set 3&4 8-12 max weight
    Curl grip barbell bent over row Set 1 12-15 reps Set 2,3&4 12-15 reps max weight
    One arm low pull v row Set 1 12-15 reps Set 2&3 8-10 reps with each hand max weigh
    Lying two arm dumbbell row Set 1 15 reps
    High pully row Set 1 15 reps
    Lying two arm dumbbell row Set 2 10-12 reps max weight
    High two arm dumbbell row Set 2 10-12 reps max weight
    Barbell strict curl Set 1 15 reps Set 2 12 reps Sets 3&4 6-8 reps

      @@lonepiggy7709 bruh, there are two categories- full body workout and one muscle group on a day.
      One muscle group workout is also good, you have to work on one muscle group each day.
      But full body workout is very good because one can hit the same muscle group twice a week which will increase the muscle mass much better. Don't think so much and do as yatinder says because he's giving the right knowledge about workout and follow his weekly workout plan which he's showing right now.

    Sir, I wanted to tell you that I’m not able to lift the barbell or the cable while doing my biceps. I wanted to know if there is any alternative to doing biceps? I guess my forearms aren’t that strong.
    Just started the Gym 3 weeks ago and you’re already my hero and a great teacher. I get to see you everyday when I get to the Gym. As well I would like to come meet you when I come to India!
    God bless you and keep up the good work. You’re an inspiration to not ten, not hundred, not thousand but millions of young and old Indians and people from all around the world.
    The best thing I like about the videos is that you give every minute details of the length and width and weights.

    Goal is to lose fat n gain muscle
