I know my form is not the best I know my arms are bent a little and I look at the ground, but IMO you can get away with this, If you are looking to do perfect gymnastics form, this may still help but keep in mind the style you are going for!

My guy. I can only practice on fake silicone grass that has concrete under it. You're lucky to have grass and also don't care what people think of you. If I can do it, you can do it to.

For all those who suffer the fear of backhand springs my advice is to say to yourself: "Oh, I'm going to do this, and I'm going to nail it." I practice cushion, then mat, then grass.

for my front flip I did the handstand first the I went over a little bit and last I did the bridge. I now just have to get used to running jumping and doing the actual front flip. I was mad that I couldn't do it before. But after I did the Bridge full out

+Nikita Hartman it is called a front handspring not front flip. A front flip is without putting your hands on the ground.

I never thought of learning a back handspring that way! The reason I really want to learn it is because, I want to try out for my cheerleading team at my school, & most of the points go to how good you're tumbling is. Great tutorial! Thank you so much!!

I do gymnastics and i have been having pretty bad fears for the back handspring. I just cant seem to go jump backwards without thinking of something bad to happen. I am flexible and that kind of interferes with this trick. I can do it perfectly with a spot but by myself i have a really bad mental block. any tips?
