    I learned my backhand spring no too long ago but I had to quit tumbling classes for a few weeks. I came back yesterday and couldn’t do it. I would sit back then catch myself, too scared to do it. I think it was because I’ve fallen on my head before but it was so frustrating. I hope the is video helps next Wednesday!!

      I've taken tumbling/gymnastics lessons from 9 to 14 years old. But I always had a mental block for back handsprings. But I'm seriously trying to complete some of the skills I was learning now at 18😅

    i had a mental block since a few months ago because i couldn’t train at my gym and i have tryouts in a few days. idk if it was this video but i did my back handspring a few times which is barely what i can do but i’m so proud of myself anyways ya thanks

    do you have tips on like strengthening wrists? they always hurt after a few. and can you possibly make a like round off handspring tutorial ?

    i'm able to do a backhandspring, but it hurts in my hands and back when i do it on grass. do you have tips? :)

      Heyy läise!! So yeah that’s actually really common & 100% normal, but to avoid pain in your hands really make sure you warm up/stretch those wrists very well & that feeling will go away!! 💞
