Did you get the version with Windows intalled? Because I had problems on trying to install Windows 11 as it requires TPM 2.0 which seems to not be available on this laptop. Anyway I could manage it by bypassing the req-check
@akshat8586 it happened something weird to me. As I had a windows 10 pro license, I installed it so I would upgrade it to windows 11. After doing so, the drivers provided on the asus website didn't work so I was not able to connect it internet as the wifi driver was one of them. I activated windows 10 offline but when I tried to upgrade to 11, the prerequisites check David Tpm 2.0 was not enabled. I ran tpm.msc and indeed, it was not found. And there is no way to enable it from the bios. So I ran the upgrade installation by command line and the option /product server, so the check could be bypassed. I could upgrade to win 11. However, drivers were still not working. So I used my mobile phone as an USB modem in order to get connected to internet, and then, finally, every driver was installed. To my surprise, running tpm.msc again did find it enabled. It took me lots of hours to workaround this.
How is the fan noise please? Is it possible to make the laptop completely or almost silent during tasks as internet browsing and light work in photoshop? If you use silent mode?
@huntermn5927 noise is at a veryyyyy minimal - temps typically range between 57-67°C which is fantastic. Get yourself a fan mount stand to further improve it.
@@chrisarchitect0 do you plan to make a video showing temperatures and let us hear the noise? I can't decide between this ASUS A14 and Gigabyte Aorus 16X (in my country price is the same)
@kevinkurniawan3769 I suspect the 4060 produces better rasterization and AI rendering. It can 100% handle games like CP2077, and with anywhere between 56° amd 78° depending on time spent on it.
@@chrisarchitect0 wrong it can't. It's soldered on the motherboard including on the Ryzen 7 versions. You need to buy it with more if you want more ram.
Got mine. really impressed with the performance.
Great video, planning on buying.
Yeah - trying to get my hands on the A16 model :)
Appreciate the support!
How did you get this device, its not even available at BestBuy 😄

The Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 version is sooooo much better. This one is obsolete compared to that one even if the release date difference is not that much.
Does the laptop not power on unless its connected to its dedicated wall charger?
@aaqilsad I always have it connected but yes, it has a battery lol
@@chrisarchitect0 I've heard that to be a common issue with the A14 and other TUF products, that's why I wanted some feedback regarding that.

It does have TPM 2.0

@maxhrstka913 It's very quiet even on Turbo mode. You can absolutely reduce further with a touch of a button.
@@chrisarchitect0 thank you! But by touch of button you mean the shorcut for changing fan modes? Or some other button? Just to be sure :D
what's your controller? i think it"s better than ps5 controller.

does it have a usb c port - with power delivery? so that I can charge it after connecting it to the monitor pd 90w?

@@abhiwagh2312 about 1.5hrs on max settings, longer with lower fps and resolution. Normal usage about 6hrs.

About 6hrs

What does this mean
I fixed the issue. It was caused by Armoury Crate’s modern standby feature, which I switched off. The problem is now solved…
