    Miiiiike, that DB lateral/front shoulder raise variation (bent forward) F’ing rocked my delts today. Used 15lb DB and it killed them. Great videos!

    Mike, loving the videos. I think there is a ton of misinformation in regards to volume and frequency , would really love to hear your take and what worked for you and your clients over the years.
    I understand this will vary person to person but maybe some advice on how to gauge this would be great. Thanks!

    After watching this, I've been doing standing lateral dumbbell raises all wrong. Crazy how even the pros need reminders.

    Really helpful video for me. I've been aiming for a from like Jamie's at 2:35. Seeing this and hearing the cues will help with a lot with my fine tuning. Same goes for the form and cues with the lateral raises. Also looking forward to trying the rear delt exercise at ~12:00. Thanks for putting this out! 🙌💪

    I felt a difference in between last exercises to just do what looks like range of motion. I didn't think anyone else did it, let alone have an explanation for it.

    I’m confused how you personally don’t press overhead at all bc it bothers your shoulders but regularly program that for other people. Are you just programming safer variations for them or what?

    at 11:00 why doesn’t he pull dumbbells over his head-Like Meadows- I go over my head too. Is this a waste of time or damage them?

    Really don't get the swinging on the raises...

    • @cdubs2697
      @cdubs2697 2 роки тому +3

      It isolates the side delt. But Try it. Definitely works better than the traditional raises, at least for me.

    • @Richiefitness
      @Richiefitness 2 роки тому +1

      Yeah I literally tried and I only do them that’s way. Feels more nature with the body

    • @Jab18
      @Jab18 2 роки тому

      It's not swinging per se, but it isolates the side delt really well, helps you move more weight and do more reps. The rear delt version of these works a treat for me, nothing else hits like them
