The internet needs more Wycked
Hey why did you stop uploading any more videos?
In another video you wanted to squeeze with a roll inward. Now it's opposite. What's the difference?
Agreed!
This guy no shit has the best videos on the internet
Appreciate that Nicolas
The wealth of information that you're able to impart moment to moment, throughout all your videos is staggering. There is a wisdom in how you communicate that I've rarely seen. Thank you for sharing your knowledge, Mike.
So many gems dropped here. My goodness....... You could do a talk on each body part and correct mechanics. Like chest 101 wycked style and so on. Thank you Mike for keeping it real. I could listen to you all day
Appreciate the ideas and the kind words
His advice is like finding treasure
Lol thanks
Best channel on youtube....Mike are you selling merchandise. I would love to get a few shirts. I have been send my buddies your UA-cam clips and they are loving it!
Appreciate it! Plan on dropping apparel once a month, super limited and only dropping once
I appreciate that Mike is giving out all these information for free
Mike, I really do change the positioning of my body when I'm working out. And the results are better especially with high volume days. I appreciate all these little tips. ✊🏽
Appreciate u trying my ideas.
When you say about not being so tiff in the muscle and worrying about being tight and contracting, you’re spot on. I started getting into that nonsense a couple years ago listening to idiots talking about perfect form and staying tight. But when I was younger I trained more like the way you do now and got better gains. Glad to hear you say it
Thanks for this content, it has drastically improved my mind muscle connection after training for 15 years like an idiot swinging weight this is so much more satisfying
Happy to hear that
You advise on the leg curls and leg extension is incredible followed this advice today on legs and has help me so much I have no ham or knee pain I wish I had this advice years ago
I’ve been studying your videos and man…
I never felt so sore after my chest workout.
Can’t wait to learn more from you and truly grateful for your sharings! 🙌🏼
Happy to hear what I’m doing is helping
I dont even get tired working out using this guy's methods... i just take a break to go wow... I've never actually worked out in my life... I actually feel what tf I'm working!!!
With all the technical craziness in bodybuilding now, this study that study. You need to train like this and hit PRs everyday. Mike is the calm in all of it. Thank you for being the voice of reason and just a really cool fucking guy!!!! 🙌
KISS FORMULA : KEEP IT SIMPLE STUPID.
LIFE MOTTO
Always good to watch your videos. Even watched some old ones and got a laugh from some of them because your genuine frustration with some lifters is understandable and shared.
It drives me nuts. Lol. It’s the same mistakes over and over. All for the end goal of more weight lol
@@Noughtnowknoteva I mean you can't blame them. You have Ronnie Coleman himself, Arash Rabar, Matt Kroc(his old articles are still the holy grail for some bodybuilders, the late Phil Hernon, Brian Dobson who was Ronnie Coleman's trainer, every natural bodybuilding guru or coach, and practically the most jacked person on every message board with pics who all say squeezing and feeling muscles overcomplicates things and is not for those who haven't mastered control with heavy weights.
I do think you're right but to advise people who have been hit with their words and videos and possibly the same thing in real life to actually go against what they've been bombarded with.....is a pretty damn tall order bro lol.
How do I know? Because I used to be one of those guys lol. Til I realized execution is king before load is. That moving weight even with proper form like Phil Heath or Dorian teaches may not be enough.
Wvwr since i started watching your videos a few weeka ago you have helped me gain so much muscle. I was too stiff and rigid and trying to lock down thinga now i have no mobility during posing and daily life. But how ever since im starting to rock on muscle my development is sky rocketing
Big Mike is so Raw! Love it, he makes so much sense…wish he was in Louisiana!
Before I start watching your video uncle Mike, I always click the LIKE button first 😁
A fan from Germany
Great great great . THANK YOU
Your work outs are so smooth and effective. Thank you for the knowledge. 🤙🏽
Great timing Mike. Leg day for me tomorrow will definitely use some of these queues. 👍Thank you.
Let me know how it goes
I just started working out in earnest 3 months ago, basically for the first time in my life. I started liking some fitness stuff on Insta, and Mike got recommended to me, and I feel like I've been given this gift, to have just dived deep, deep down, through all the bullshit & misinformation that is the world of fitness social media, straight to this amazing source of truth and knowledge. I'm of course no authority on weightlifting whasoever, but I do know that when I do Mike's movements, it feels so organic, and intuitive, and they've all felt like my best workouts so far (and I've been going down on a lot of my weights to do them right! Lol)
You are an artist Mike. Thank you for all the masterpieces
Thanks roger
Here for algorithm bump, and to say again we require more merch to support the channel and spread the word
Merch drops will be limited. Another one is coming soon
Just in time for legs tomorrow! Looking forward to putting some of this to work for me and see how much more I can get out of my workout! Thanks Mike, keep the info coming!
Have fun mark
The thing about every movement Wyck explains is that I can do it and find tension in the muscles without weight. Best explanations I’ve ever heard.🙌🏾
Mike I appreciate you. You have been opening my eyes and lats! You’ve really coached me up in regard to posterior chain training. My hams and ass are blowing up. Roll into that shit boys!
So much insight and so easy to absorb, this knowledge is what makes the difference. Big thanks.
💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
Here again. Have watched all ur vids. Now. Aye man. Stop giving this free at this point . Lol. U JUS MADE ME A REAL BODYBUILDER. online lol. U brought literally every thing wrong I do on every last lift man. In the last month. My physique has had so many changes. I'm almost show ready now. People come up to me constantly now and say I should do shows or that I look amazing. UR MY COACH. Even tho u don't know it . Preciate u a million . Wish u all the best for you and yours 💪
Awesome as always! Love the shirt.

Best explanations I could found, best instructor

Your videos are fantastic. Thank you for being the way you are 😂🙌🏽💪🏽
Appreciate it
Mike is a "real guru" him and Charles glass are the only trainers that have common sense and know what works...
Big compliment. Thanks
Love ya BiG Mike 💪🏻 learn something every video from ya. Keep ‘em Comin
Thanks for ALL the great content.
Awesome advice mate ...thank you 💪💪💪
Thanks sir
Warm up is So effing underrated!! You are 100% right.
It’s VERY easy to mess ourselves up by jumping in cold!
Thank You for emphasizing the importance of getting blood in there FIRST!!!!
The workout is a journey the destination is maximum pump and work of the targeted muscle. Don’t be in a rush to get there
I took some knowledge from one of your other videos, I’m subbed now because seems you have a lot to share, thank you
So many useful details in this video! I've migrated towards the seated hamstring curl recently (as opposed to lying) and this makes me wonder if a similar neutral rocking applies, or is there a different approach to the seated movement? I'm definitely revisiting the lying hamstring curl after seeing your demo here. Thanks again Mike! I always find something helpful in your videos!
Look on hD Muslce’s UA-cam page. All the leg training vids there have me training ppl on seated ham curl
@@Noughtnowknoteva On it! Also, I tried the technique you showed on the lying hamstring curl and I got a way better feel for the exercise. Going to keep with it and see where it takes me. Thanks again for all of your help!
Worked legs today and followed your advice on the leg press. Quads were on fire.
Perfect
This guy is a hidden gem
Cool was waiting for legs... so informative...
Hi Mike.
Always like watching your videos. Very knowledgeable and always yous when I train.
Appreciate the support Joseph
I know this video is rather old, but I've adopted a LOT of Mike's style and this is ALWAYS a learning process to keep the understanding of this style's movement in tact. I'm amazed how much better I feel and i do catch myself going back to what I used to do when it gets tough.. Actually, I'm spending the entire month at each gym session 5/6 days a week, dedicated to this styles motions.. Love this shit.. Thanks Mike.
Legs today Mike! I point my toes on those curl exercises. That really helped bring out my hams. I'll incorporate the lean with those now. Great tip! After 28yrs of training everything you say makes complete sense. If I only knew then what I know now...
💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
@@Noughtnowknoteva I definitely liked the lean for extensions. Quads were fired up after that.
My favorite for hamstrings is stiff leg deadlift with the ball of my feet on a 1/2" inch piece of wood or 5lb plate to engage the stretch earlier. 3-4 second negatives with a squeeze at the top just before standing as not to joint stack. Any tips on stiff leg deadlift would be great! I haven't searched your video library for deadlifts.
Thanks Mike!
We need the WYCKED PODCAST
That leg press grunt is so relatable.
Mike is the Bible of meccanic I agree a 💯% no body explains dinamics as he does and yet with all the expection for some dudes that are genetically gifted which are fewer, for the most part we can make changes and become a better version of ourselves.
Thank you WIKING Mike!
Big Mike > Work Out Gurus
"I was argueing with this kid on tiktok" had me laughing out loud : D
Lol it’s so hard not to flame these clowns. The level of stupidity is at an all time high
valuable content, you have a new follower. Thanks dude!
Great info. Thanks Mike.
Right in time for leg day! 💪🏽
Greatest workout tips on legs ever on UA-cam man you made my day tomorrow Iam gona kill my leg day
I always did it with feet much higher, and never locked out my knees, made go deep enough to feel the stretch and keep the tension due to bend knee at the top of the movement, but this way is also pretty interesting. Will give it a go my next keg session
talk about RDL's next please
Great video man! Please don’t mute curses! 🙌🏼💪🏼
Never !!!!
Thanks for the tips !
Thank you for this!!!
No problem
Great leg press info! 💪🏽 🦵🏽👍🏽✊🏽
Mike, thanx for the back workout structure video. I tried some tips and loved them. The legs ones are on their way too))) Could you please talk about your ideas on volume issue? How one should assess and change his own volume per muscle group per training day and week?
I love it, “ this one legged thing…” 🤣💯💪🏽
More jewels much appreciated 🙏🏻
Haha love the inception analogy!
💯 facts spoken.
Always stay keep an open mind.
For someone who has limited ankle mobility from countless years of soccer injuries. What is your input regarding the leg press for someone like me? I want to give your method a shot but I always avoided this machine due to the pressure/discomfort on my ankles. Thanks! Love your videos and content, appreciate you sharing
Damn, this was good. Watched it before leg day. Thanks bro
Great instructions as always. Thanks Big Mike
Changing my leg press up stat. Really could use more quad engagement. Hoping this works.
Let me know
@@Noughtnowknoteva dropped the weight a ton and got into the flow of letting the weight mold and flex. Awesome mind muscle connection. Thanks Mike
Once again great content. I have learn't a lot .Thanks again
Thank you!
That leg press tutorial/mini diatribe was epic
Put us on with your playlist brotha
Great vid I learned a lot
It's so crazy to me, i don't remember where, but i saw someone say that if your butt is lifted off the seat on the leg press you're doing it wrong and blah blah blah. Like literally the opposite of what you were doing.
No wonder i probably have a hard time with it, it's not natural. Gonna use this info for my next leg day. I took notes for back day and woah, what a difference. Thank you Sir
We need longer videos 👌🏽
Love this guy. Reminds me of a polite Stone Cold Steve Austin....... no nonsense and says it as it is. Old skool 90s vibes.
Off the subject but would you do a video of & about all of your ink?
Looks great..
💪
Mike always fighting with someone on social media 😆
Meeee?????? Nooooooo😈
I was always told that your hips need to stay firmly locked on the leg press or it’s bad form. I am going to try these tips! Thank you!
Good explanation
“I was arguing with this kid on Tik tok” that had me lol
Works perfect doing hamstrings like this. Cheers.
I know this question is not related to what you trying to explain but since this gym has literally every leg press machines in the market! (Atleast the good ones) , I being a gym owner wanted to ask you which one do you prefer the most? Thank you 🙏
You have the best explanations ! Stuff that took me years to feel. Even though all these gurus claim their wrong. ??? So I have a major, long term lower back issue that can’t be fixed. This is causing a imbalance of size and contraction issues but what’s weird is one sides strong yet it’s smaller and viceversa on the other side. What would you suggest? Isolation always?
It’s funny because the gym dogma always says don’t let your ass come off the seat in leg press but when you do it is a way more natural and fluid motion. Great demonstration of that at work.
The goal is to keep the weigh in the feet. The body moves to accommodate the weight and stay on muscle. Not joint
I've been trying to incorperate some of your techniques during my workouts.
Awesome
when i started to follow your advises i remarked a lot of changes in my body responses. dud thank you so much
You speak my mind off language brother! I’m 35 and Was trying to explain this to this 18 year old who asked me about back exercises
We need you 2do your special SHOULDER WORK OUT.....
Ur the man bro
13:45 You were talking about fkin pacman were you? Haha ;) keep rocking man
Best in the bizz
2nd !!!! YOU BEAT ME TO IT !!!!
When will merch come back Mike?
The last part about knees traveling up, I’d assume the same applies for hacks?
