Right! The way the tempo drops going into the chorus is such a smooth transition, then it picks back up and throw in some minor chords in an “Emmure” type style. And the tremolo picking on the bridge. Absolute genius, VOM never lets me down. On a lighter note, I’d love to see a video of Dan doing a cover of Demolished by Slaughter To Prevail. That’d be perfect in these rough times. 🤘🏽

@@PJCoDVideos This beats the entire ABR album imo. That chorus is ridiculously huge, and the post-chorus riff is the strangest most wonderful dissonant mess I've heard in a while.
@@timmt2884 hahah not even close man, dont forget that this song doesnt even beat their songs from the The Common Man's Collapse/Id era, specially when it comes to guitar work. On the other hand, Guardians has songs like Dismembered Memory, The Narrative, Bloodletter, etc... that are 100% much more complex and rewarding to listen to than this single.

Yeah, that chorus is magnificent! So addicting, catchy and the vocals were done so well there. Guitar work and drums, as always, was also great. Veil of Maya never lets me down.
