I love this song. I'm a high school English teacher and I use songs to help teach poetry to my grade 10s. This song would be a great song to show the kids on finding the meaning behind the words.

I would be so pissed if you did this to me lol. Just teach English, don't force pop culture unto your students... Best teacher I ever had was an English teacher, second best was a Math teacher, but third best AND fourth best were English teachers! Reasons for that though were outside of class, it was cool to read Lord of the Rings and have your teacher give you ideas OUTSIDE of class. During class, just teach gerunds. If you showed this, whether I liked it or not, I would shut down and not do any of your homework and doodle on all of your tests. Sleep Token has no place in 10th grade English, plenty of other WAAAAAAAAAAY better examples to use.

Recently discovered Sleep Token. I might say that it’s reignited my emotions, I was struggling with depression and emotional exhaustion for last couple of years, nothing seems to hit me. And now I’m feeling again, all there albums are such a treasure with nearly weeping at the end of a Euclid and Bring me back to Eden. ST, Vessel, II - thank you guys, love from darkest corners of my heart.

Damn! I just discovered Sleep Token in time when I couldn't find anything new or refreshing in modern music anymore. AND IT JUST F***ING BANGS!!! For the first time in over 15 years I feel like there's really something new coming. You are the first band ever to probably dethrone Linkin Park from the summit of my personal annual playlist. For the last 3 days I couldn't really listen to any other band cuz it just felt boring. You can't be assigned to any normal music genre.

Just saw this band open for In This Moment, fucking blown away, went straight to their merch table after they got done playing and added all their music to my playlist after the show. Listening to this online for the first time you'd probably think that his voice is like super doctored in the studio to sound this good, but he sounds just like this live and when the CHUG hits it rattles your fuckin ribcage.
Phenomenal experience, I'm so glad my first experience with this band was live.
Also, their bassist is fuckin crazy. Dude was doing karate kicks and playing behind his head and shit the entire time
I agree! Especially about the live show experience also. The bass players stage presence is second to none. His movements match the intensity and feeling of each song. It’s so natural though and not gimmicky like a lot of bands. Sleep token is quickly becoming one of, if not my all time favorite band.

Literally each member of this band is amazing musician and they are truly a masterpiece
I mean the guitars are just generic chugs, the bass is nowhere to be heard and the drums aren't doing anything special except for some of the occasional fills but it works for them because their songs don't rely on anything other than catchy pop hooks. Making their songs more complex would "ruin" their sound because that's not what they're known for.

This statement is so very true. Because I listened to this song the other day in my car at full volume. Don't get me wrong it sounded awesome, but just hearing outta my headphones is way more cathartic and yes you can hear all the layers.
100% agree with you! I've heard it in just about ever speaker I have access to and my noise cancelling headphones are the best. The music wraps around you! my favorite is that first drop... the vocal stacking is perfect as it transitions into the second verse and the distorted guitar drops.

This is weird but I find it hard to express how happy/relieved I am that this track is so good. Sleep Token are one of my absolute favourite bands and the style is so unique that it could just go any direction and I was very nervous and excited about where it went but this song as knoced it out of the park!
