- So this motor is the cheapest single piece cylinder kit you can get on eBay. It came with a 38 stroke crank/f80 rod, that I stole for the chain saw but that’s on hold, I put a 40 stroke with an af80 rod and the piston hit the dome with 1 base gasket. Added another base gasket to make 2 now the squish gap is roughly 1mm. But adding another gasket raised the ports and the transfer sits at 132, exhaust is at 180, 90-66=24°, 24° divided by 132 is 18.9% bld i have 130° of intake timing. Don’t know too much about intake timings yet still have to play with it. Bike does 45mph with a 36sprocket as of right now, the 32 will do 55 but so will the 36 sprocket if I can get it to rev out all the way

Thank you🚴🏼♂️💨💨 I agree was kinda shocked at how much fuel it wanted. With a 45 pilot it runs away almost every time even with the fuel screw 2 and 1/2 turns out. I’m at 950ft of elevation that could be why
@justanothermotorizedbikech5138 yeah don't worry I'm fighting my pilot jet to I'm running a 25 pilot with a 70 main jet today it was colder then yesterday started 4stroking yesterday it was fine 😂I just can't win on the jets

That pipe is only good for 8900RPM, try a KX65, I got 12,400 out of one.
