  • Ingredients:
    All-purpose flour 1cup
    1 cup of water (about 250 ml)
    Salt 1/2 tsp
    Cabbage 400g
    Shredded carrots 45g
    Shredded black wood ears 30g
    Fresh shredded shiitake mushrooms 30g
    Five-spice dried tofu (sliced) 80g
    Salt 1/3 tsp
    White pepper 1/2 tsp
    Rice wine 1/2 t tbsp
    soy sauce 1 tsp

    Are you frying that? Or is it like a crepe and just eat.

    This is the popiah style...eat it fresh n not fried. If u want fried buy the springroll wraps from Chinese supermarkets
