Hello Amir family, translator you are right the bread making is an ART. it was skimming through You Tube one night and I came across a lady with a large flat round pan over a open fire near a cave and she threw droplets of water and then rubbed her hand across the pan that was sizzling 🔥 hot and was not burned and started to make bread I remember she telling a little boy say Barkoo and that Beautiful Patient lady is Lady Ajav and I have been a big fan of DARAL ever since.
